Great location in Brickell. I was staying at the CitizenM Hotel and this and Burger King were my two quick low end options for food without breaking the bank. Paid $21.82 total for a Chicken Bowl & Carnitas Bowl with Guacamole. Not bad for two people. We brought drinks in from a local CVS on a hot Miami day. Not the biggest place but it has a decent size seating area.

I find myself in the unenviable position to have to give a slightly higher rating than I normally would to this establishment because I quite frankly do not get what people who gave bad reviews were expecting. They are no better or worse than any other Chipotle I’ve been to in the US. They’re a semi cheap option for a quick bite — that’s it. If you have a specific/custom order it’s entirely possible their ordering system did not showed the order correctly or maybe it was during rush hour, etc.

There are low reviews for a reason. Orders are rushed, they don’t give anywhere near full portion sizes, and service is terrible. It’s always dirty and you can tell the employees don’t care about service. People will still come because it’s in a convenient location but if you can eat somewhere else I totally would. I even had the points for a free entree and when it didn’t register after scanning, instead of trying again they just said I had to pay full price and if I wanted to use the code I would have to go to another store. Just trash service overall; would literally eat anywhere else

This Chipotle is like the kid you never wanted. It’s ugly, always in a bad mood, and can’t cook. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. How are they out of Chicken/Steak at the same time. They don’t prepare, only whine and say no food for 30 mins. Steak is always dry and burnt like a mofo. It’s a disappointment

Update* still terrible, they don’t give full portions, our order’s portions were super light, barely any rice! we tried to give them another chance, ordered 4 bowls 2 tortilla chips and quac and only received 2 bowls ♂️ WTH is wrong with this location?

Incredibly rude. Arrived to pickup a catering order 10 minutes early. I walk in and everyone starts yelling at me “WE’RE NOT OPEN!” As if I kicked down the door or something (it was unlocked). Made me wait outside, which wasn’t a huge deal, but still. If you open at an odd time like 10:45 maybe keep the door locked, put up some kind of sign, or don’t spaz out on paying customers who make the honest mistake of walking in?

Huge Chipotle fan, and this is my biggest disappointment. Can walk here from the my apartment, but after two separate occasions of ordering online, I will not be returning. Used the Chipotle app both times, first order I waited for more then 65 minutes and walking away later received a refund. 2nd time I waited over an hour before finally getting my undersized meal compared to what was actually ordered. Cold, stale, and small in comparison of trained locations.

i was in this store on yesterday June 8,2023, at about 5:30 and the first thing i noticed was how HOT it was in the store, i don’t believe the AC was working as there was a Fan working trying to cool off the people, I also noticed that the employees along with the customers were in a state of discomfort because of this situation. i tried to stay there to eat but the HEAT was unbearable i really don’t know how the employees were able to continue working under those conditions as i had to leave to find relief from the heat.
