This is so far the worst Chipotle that I’ve been in my life. No desires at all from their employees to work. This franchise is falling apart, leaking coming from ice machine, wet carpet, dirty tables, trash can behind the counter completely full and kitchen paper towels on the floor. Where the hell is the manager? Please fire him/her because it’s obviously doesn’t know how to manage that business.

My hubby ordered a chicken quesadilla and this is what he received. The chicken was very dry like it was old, cheese was not melted and the quesadilla was barely even pressed. Come to find out there quesadilla press is broken.

Worst Chipotle I have been to. It the closest to me so I am forced to go here. Always dirty. Never any napkins or utensils. The food prep area is always filthy. Kind of afraid to go here honestly. The employees act like they are at him always arguing or goofing off. I don’t think there is any kind of manager around. Probably punches in and leaves for the day.

This is the worst Chipotle ever. It was filthy, the employees are very rude. To make this experience worst, The whole lemonade stand fell over on me soaking my pants and shirt. When I tired to notify one of the employees, making the to-go orders she rudely answered me what. Didn’t ask if I was ok, if she could assist me or anything. Noah the cashier came to see, but he was clueless, she looked at it, picked up the stand and went back to making orders. I was also was overcharged for guacamole, that I didn’t ask for or receive. As I’m waiting for my refund, the 2 black females making to-go orders in the corner began talking about me as if I wasn’t standing there. The one with the yellow bonnet on her head, stared me down to try and intimidate me I guess. But never again, this is the worst Chipotle location ever.

The employees did their job but the manager literally rolled my burrito like a diamond yes a diamond never thought it was possible. No napkins anywhere just very unprofessional if your a manager and can’t roll a burrito even semi good then let the employees do their job. Very disappointed and will not be coming back as I felt very disrespected and felt like she just slapped it together to get me out the door. I used to love it here she needs more training thankfully an employee did it again for me. And please fill up the napkins.
