I have 3+ years eating 2 or 3 times a week here. After today never again. This location has been getting worst and worst. Today I asked for doble chicken and stake, the portions where a joke, the lady with glasses was extremely rude. I am not asking for free food, I am paying double portion I am expecting double portion, not a miserable serving size and a rude answer. Worst experience, after been a regular customer, I can say I probably never going to eat here again.

i went in line and asked for a water and the guy told me to go to the register. When I got up there the lady told me that i need to buy something while the man said i could get it for free. When i normally go there the cashier just gives it to me for free. This lady had a strong attitude and i felt disrespected. please change this behavior as soon as possible because if this situation goes to the wrong person, it could lead to a problem. Please fix this or i will be complaining more often and u will be loosing a very loyal customer. When i asked for the water she said i need to buy something , i told her i always get it for free and she told me “this time is different u have to buy something”. She said it in a rude tone and she had a angry look on her face while talking to me. I was so thirsty after walking a few miles to get here and this is how i get treated. So i just went to Starbucks since you guys couldn’t full fill my needs. This is a major issue and this needs to be fixed immediately. Take this review seriously and change this. This is probably the last time i will be going there.

Half scoop of chicken and for another half have to pay extra. 2 scoop of rice for free what’s above extra cost. This old lady manager trying to save on everything with her team which cause unsatisfied customers. By the way, eating chipotle every day and this never happened to me before. very disappointing.

Service was poor. Definitely different from the ones located outside the mall. The older lady there gave me such a menacing look when I asked for extra cheese. She slammed it sown on the counter. Very, very poor service. The only good part about the experience is that uts located in the Aventura mall, and they revamped the space.
