Chipotle in Davie is my go to for the most part. I like their food. My favorite is the corn relish but overall is the sweet memories of my little escapes to eat their food with my daughter after picking her up I treasure the most… It can get very packed and crazy lines so I recommend the app to save on time. It’s hit or miss with the servers for the most part it’s better to have them make your food in front of you but those lines are tough. Don’t forget the guacamole, it’s a must!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Open only for online orders. They were turning tons of people away who had not placed an online order, refusing to serve them. If you placed an online order and wanted to add extra of anything, they said they had run out. While you watched them serve it on other online orders. Employees with terrible attitudes, who we overheard saying had been there all day and were expected to close. Every table was dirty, as well as the counters. It was gross. There was even a spray bottle of a cleaning product on the serving line. Never again. I’ve been to other chipotle’s with half the staff and never been turned away.

I came in and ordered a bowl. I saw they had 3 vinaigrettes and i asked for 2. ( they are only ever filled halfway the container) Manager refused to allow me to get 2 vinaigrettes. She said she just got 2 online orders that were salads. She proceeded to call me “selfish” and when I said I would pay for it , as I am already paying extra for a side tortilla, she said “ money doesn’t solve everything”. Another employee as well as the manager said how I shouldn’t even be able to get a vinaigrette “ what is she gonna do pour it on her rice and beans?” I asked for the managers name she said it wasn’t my business. The cashier began to defend her saying “We’re not allowed to give you that information that’s why we don’t have name tags”. After arguing back and forth I went to get napkins and a fork but shocker , none were there. I go back to ask for it and the cashier is calling me crazy to her coworkers. I told the manager how it’s very inappropriate of a worker to be screaming in the back calling a guest “crazy”. All of this because of a sauce . Very rude , Very lazy (just make more to avoid running out) . Not customer friendly. Not the first time this manager has kept stuff from customers in house to have some for future online orders. She one time said they were out of steak and when I saw some being given to the togo area, she said they only have it for online orders and not for anyone in store. NO ONE should ever be talked to like this and disrespected.

What ever staff is in there right now is completely disappointing, I walked in at 6:30pm prime time for dinner and the the girl in the line tells me there out of most food and that they are about to close shop ? What do you mean close shop chipotle closes at 10pm not 6 in the afternoon , tells me they have no workers yet I count 8 standing in front of me like how I’m suppose to Know oh there’s no food cause there’s no workers yet km looking a whole staff ??? They need to do something here close down if that’s the case , girl thinks I just know everything at a corporate food chain that’s known for closing at 10 how do they hire these people with nasty attitude when you talk to them nice and get attitude in return , I hope that girl on the line find peace in life or quit if she’s no happy with her work or place . GM NEEDS TO OAY ATTENTION TO THERE STAFF

Don’t waste your time at this location, go to a different chipotle…. Every time I go here it gets worse. They are constantly out of everything; rice, chips, veggies. I have never gone to this location at a time where they actually had fajitas. The workers have no sense of urgency, there will be a line out the door and none of them would even break a sweat. The food on the line is all mixed together and the meat is floating in the queso. Not sanitary or quick. The workers could care less.

This specific chain location seems to have issues having certain products such as the salad dressing and chips. My 4th time in a row where they did not have salad dressings and no chips at night. I don’t know if it is a management issue or if it is a supply chain issue but it is strange for them to run out of food considering they are a restaurant. I’m sure if management uses data analytics, they will see that there are less sales of chips during the night time because of the item not being available.

So much staff, but no one working. Portions are inconsistent, one day they put 1oz of meat, the other day normal portion, if you ask for the correct portion, they tell you they have to charge for double meat. Sometimes they add toppings like its a garnish, sprinkling on little corn and salsa. About 20 kernels of corn. You could ask for everything on the side and it would be normal portions, but if you ask for it on the bowl its less for some reason. Idk why they can’t use a special spoon to portion out toppings or meat, could use a plastic container for all I care and measure it. That way the staff doesn’t have to THINK so much. if they don’t have an ingredient they get annoyed at you for asking, instead of just apologizing and moving on. Never has ice in soda machine and place is nasty. Maybe all of this is why the lines get shorter everyday.

I ordered my food and the food was totally spicy . I went to the manager who said every product should be spicy and they will not give me my refund for that reason . And if I wanted not spicy I should go somewhere else to eat . She said it was in fact unethical to complaint because supposedly I ate part of the food. I give a bad review about this store because of the bad flavor of the can beans, cold food, on top of that the horrible customer service they offer to customers. In general the store looks dirty too .

Brittany “the manager” has absolutely no people skills whatsoever. She should not be working as a manager. Her employees don’t even like her. From the time I was eating she got into several confrontations with the employees and two other customers. The employees were literally laughing at her. Colin who was just ringing people up has more people skills than her. Please please do not keep her as manager. Or at least she needs to be retrained.
