I will NEVER eat from this location again. Presentation of the food gets a -0 and the customer service -0. 1/2 of the staff faces were pinned up the GRINCH except 1 person. Sn: Management please do a clean sweep and advise your staff to never stand over the registers with their hands crossed w/ a sour patch attitude. Remember customer service is always provided on a good and bad day. I would’ve sent everyone home.

I always order from this location and it’s usually decent. Today I ordered through the app my normal order. When I received my order the lid to my bowl had all the correct ingredients listed (chicken, brown rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, cheese, sour cream, lettuce) when I opened the lid they had put pulled pork, white rice, with that nasty disgusting queso on top. Really disappointed and although the delivery app I used corrected the issue, it’s annoying that you cannot call the actual store you get sent to an automated system and cannot speak with a human. When my food was re-delivered It was correct but they skimped on everything.

Will not come back to this location. I placed an online order, paid for double protein, asked for double rice and double beans on one bowel and didnt get double ANYTHING. It was even written on the lids of the order and they still messed it up. I also ordered a bowl for my gf that was suppose to have double beans and her bowel had NO beans. Plus I live 30 min away from this location so I am beyond mad about this. DO NOT GO HERE. Ive never had this problem from any of the surrounding locations. Go to the PGA location. They always get it right

Ordered three times in the past month or so. 1. The kids quesadilla was just two warm tortillas with nothing in between. 2. Quality was bad and the store was dirty (flies, many of the ingredients were mixed, ingredients were all over the counter). 3. Ordered online and was missing a kids drink and the bowl I ordered had zero toppings.

My entire experience at this location was horrible! The place was sooooo dirty from the food liners to the employees dirty shabby uniforms and them not washing their hands or changing their gloves, they cursed and used racial slurs in the presence of customers such as myself and two other families both in front of me and behind me. Also, they were sitting on the countertops and leaning and giggling. They picked the wrong day too act up while serving a career chef and all. Overall I will not be back and do not recommend this location.

Horrible service, complete disaster. They had no cheese or lettuce. Never heard of a mexican restaurant without cheese. I ordered two bowls with extra steak and guac. They refused to add queso despite the fact that there was no cheese. Terrible attitude and customer service. Huge drop-off in customer service. Wont go back.

Every visit I make to this location, I’m only able to partially fulfill my order. I leave disappointed because they’re ALWAYS out of guacamole. My most recent visit, I was told the Guacamole they had left was for “mobile customers.” Last I checked, we’re all customers, and I don’t appreciate that. Nonetheless, I came with the intention of purchasing a Quesadilla. I was told, “we’re not making Quesadilla right now.” Unbelievable, I won’t be visiting this location anymore.
