REALLY DISAPPOINTED with Customer service and catering service!. They require 24 hrs to place a Catering order, I understand that!. There was 3 hrs difference from those 24hrs (21 hrs to prepare), and they were unable to work with me having FOUR stores around me. They were only “able” to call 1 store at the time. They were unable to even try the extra inch to get that order placed. Instead both representative were VERY RUDE and were trying to finish the call like I was not important for them and their business. In the past I have placed orders for catering with less than 24 hrs and they were always helpful and interested in helping me with my orders. Im not sure what is going on with Customer service, but NOT anymore. Plenty of options out there!

I have many Chipotle’s at many locations. This place is the worst I thought I was ordering a kid’s meal with the amount of meat and lettuce they put on my salad A 1/2 tea spoonful of mild and a 1/2 tea spoonful of medium salsa what a joke. I asked for more meat he gave me 3 more cubes and charged me double. Poor kid needs some attitude adjustment

Alright so not only have I worked for Chipotle in past when Monty was the CEO. I was a KM I have been to about 5 different stores in my area they are all kinda Mediocre alot of the staff members have no personality no smile just blah. Nobody has the 13 different Characteristics or even comes close idk if that is a thing anymore but it should be Reimplemented in the standards of Chipotle. Today I came in for a burrito and a bag of chips there was no customers in the resturant and like 3 people working a little short girl with a mask made my order no greeting no what can I get for you nothing it was a very weird experience. After she got done making the burrito I asked her what no one smiles anymore no response from her. The chicken wasn’t ice cold but it wasn’t hot either the chips perfectly cooked just Blane no salt no lime juice. The line was trashed the lobby has food and trash everywhere bathrooms were disgusting as always. YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMERS IN THE LOBBY take alittle pride in your job.

giving 5 stars because the cashier at this location (he could’ve also been a shift manager) was so nice to me when I was having one of the roughest days. All he did was smile and call me “love”, and in that moment, it melted my grief and sadness. It just goes to show how one kind word or gesture can really make a difference. I didn’t have cash to tip, and their card reader wouldn’t give the option to do so, so I ran and pulled money from an atm. Tip people in the service industry!! They have some of the toughest jobs, and generally don’t get paid even close to livable wages.
