I’m writing this in the hope of receiving an explanation from someone within this company. What I received can only be described as theft. Take a look at the attached image of the “chicken” bowl I ordered. Can you spot any chicken? I struggled to find even one or two pieces. Given the current economic climate, this behavior is not just morally questionable. Chipotle, a company valued at around 8.63 billion dollars, should not resort to cheating its loyal customers. It’s disheartening to think they would take advantage of hardworking individuals. Chipotle’s slogan, “food with integrity,” rings hollow when they resort to saving money by shortchanging their patrons. There’s no way around it, this is plain and simple theft. I urge more customers to come forward until this issue is properly addressed. For now, I’m committed to sharing this experience on social media to shed light on the unacceptable practice of a multi-billion-dollar corporation exploiting honest Americans striving to provide for their families.

Their innovative “less-is-more” chicken serving strategy not only tests your patience, but also introduces you to the delightful upsell of what they whimsically dub “a second portion” – which in any other universe, would be called “the rest of your order”. Never coming back to Chipotle ever again. I ordered two bowls and one kids meal and in my bowl as I got half way through it I seen a little shine glare and I seen a piece of plastic & I’m pregnant so I’m so disgusted right now I’m so sick right now. Also There is no Protein for my kid that I ordered ! The food was not ready when I got there, they couldn’t find the order on their system. Unprofessional as hell.

My honest opinion is this location has improved significantly in the last couple of months. I do agree with some of the reviews that before the customer service experience was poor and a lot of lazy work however today my husband and I were presently surprised. It was very clean, everything was stocked, staff was very nice , and for the 1st time very fast. Our orders were done the right way. The lemonades were all full. If it’s new management or a new team , it’s working. Keep up the great work. I hope the people who maybe had a bad experience before and give this location another chance.

The staff, including the manager, are not friendly. If you insist on ordering your food there, expect your food not to be delivered to your home. However, the manager will tell you the same as shown on your end that it was delivered. You paid a delivery fee plus the tip for your food that was never delivered. You wait all day for a ride and starving at home to get your food. The manager can only give you one burrito, not two for the inconvenience. Do not order your food. Go in person to ensure you got your food.

I often visit chipotle and had positive and kind team members that were always helpful. However , my experience today was not that . Hungry, I placed my order on the mobile app. When I receive my order , I checked to make sure that I everything was right . Yet , the portion was not what I’m use to or paid for . When paying extra for a double , the portion has to match . Even with specifications my food was not right . I tried to make it easy . When I ask the female for assistance with having a side cup of chicken . She instead choose to be unhelpful , rude in character, unprofessional, and her tone and rolling her eyes spoke for it self .

Everytime I come here it makes me angry. This is the last time. These people just dont care. I grew up in colorado eating chipotle and it’s gone down hill big time. If you order tacos you get 3 little pieces of chicken per taco and a whole scoop of sour cream. If you get a quesadilla it costs you $15 and there is no way to customize it. You have to order it online. The quality has dramatically decreased. The tortillas used to be thin, and stretchy. Now they are thick and dry. This specific location is the worst one I’ve ever been to. Who is the manager, who is the owner? It’s a disgrace cause chipotle used to be great and now taco bell is a top competitor. Just close down and put something better with new staff cause just going by the place makes me angry out of nowhere it’s weird. Good luck, I think I’ll short chipotle stocks.

Today I was very dissatisfied with the service. The employees catch an attitude over any little like for example if you want extra this, they catch an attitude. I’m a very kind person and I was nice but it seems like it doesn’t matter if you’re nice or not. Need to do better and hire new employees

I’m usually not critical but honestly 1 star. I’ve ordered here various times over the past year and I don’t know how but they manage to mess up my order every single time, not once was it my actual order. My last experience from a few days ago I felt like was a targeted hate act, buried within my vegetarian sofritas bowl was a chunk of beef. Extremely disrespectful to vegetarians, vegans, and Muslims. Hurts even more knowing this was done intentionally because of my religion. If you like Chipotle, avoid this one.
