This location needs to be addressed as far as training. One young girl working behind the line today, 10 guests waiting in line and 6 workers around her seemingly doing nothing. I understand that there are multiple job functions in a quick service restaurant, but part of the protocol should be that when there are guests waiting in line, they are the first priority. My experience took 25 minutes from start to finish, and I was second in line. This was due to miscommunication amongst the staff, miscommunication to the guest that were waiting for food (steak was still being prepared), and lack of urgency to take care of the guests waiting in line. The woman in front of me told me that chipotle was her daughter’s favorite place and that if it were not she would never come back. There is clearly a lack of leadership and direction in this location. The food was good.

We visited at lunch yesterday, it didn’t seem like they were ready for lunch. One person was making the burritos on the line, and then they just disappeared. Then another disappeared. There wasn’t even a line and it took us more than 5 minutes to get someone to actually work to make our food. We both had bowls and they actually did taste good. But the tables weren’t cleaned off, and the drink station was a mess. The teas and lemonade machine was continuously leaking tea over the whole station, there was trash under the station. Just a dirty location in general. I’ll visit a different one if I want Chipotle again.

This location was not clean or maintained. The tables were not cleaned off nor was the drink station managed or replenished. The specialty drinks were empty and the customer service was not inviting or friendly. The windows and glass door looks like they haven’t been cleaned in days. The floor was also sticky and dirty. Then what made matters worst is my order was also incorrect. This was my first and last time eating at Chipotle.

This Chipotle gives Chipotle a very bad rep. We have given this location multiple chances to improve and it seems to only get worse. No pinto beans, no fajitas, no steak. The guacamole did not look fresh. No one in front of us in line, waited several minutes to be acknowledged that we were there (even though employees were in the front of house and right in front of us). Spill on the floor with no caution sign. Trash on the floor. All of this and it wasn’t even 11am yet. We will not be returning to this location, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

We ordered our two burritos for pick up and it was terrible. The rice had pieces that were super hard, one of the burritos had a huge heart chunk of lettuce just thrown inside that want edible, and the steak meat was super bland.

I ordered catering for a family gathering and what we received for $134 was disappointing and embarrassing. Advertised to serve 10, the amount of rice would only be enough to reasonably make 2 or 3 regular burrito bowls, much less serve 10 people. The container was small and only half full! The corn was kernels were sunken and shriveled. The steak was obviously old: dry, flavorless, and tasted the way wet dog food smells. Ugh. We used to be very frequent customers, but Chipotle has been going downhill for a while now. This was the WORST experience with the food so far! The amount of cheese and sour cream provided was miserly. The only positive was that they gave us enough utensils and paper bowls.

No Fajitas, no napkins, soggy lettuces, person who was serving us barely had any clue what we are talking about. The lady who was cleaning the table seem to be not interested in doing anything and chatting with her friends. When I asked her for napkins, she replied we just don’t have anything here sarcastically. I never believed Chipotle was going downhill until I visited this place. I have sore throat since I had my lunch at this place. Would not recommend this place if you are on a road trip!!
