I understand that I only asked for meat and cheese in the tacos, but this is pathetic. Don’t order online, don’t order to go (Joe Pesci had it right). If you don’t stand in front of them and watch them make it, you get garbage. Had high hopes for this location, but in true Chipotle style, they are a disappointment. I suggest the manager fire all of the employees and then find something better to do with his/her time, like boarding up this sad excuse for a restaurant.

White rice, chicken, mild salsa, cheese on the sticker on the cover of the bowl. But somehow they put beans and spicy salsa in it. Order inside or just open it while your still there to make sure it’s right.

This place needs a better restaurant manager or General Manager. In my opinion, the franchise owner does not care about this place. At 8:15PM on Monday, May 15th, they were out of fajita vegetables, carnitas, pico de gallo, and lettuce. Women’s restroom faucet was disconnected, and there were ants all over the counter at the fountain drink stand. I spoke with the Manager on site and she was a ~22 year old and working hard, they’re not setup for success. We were very disappointed.

Staff rushed us and gave us very unacceptable service. The food was not even close to what we ordered and paid for. Stay away from the new chipotle on lake Worth road. Moe’s next to whole foods is much better and the staff and service is light years ahead of the rude staff at chipotle.

Tried this location for the first time last night, surprisingly, everything was good! Bowls weren’t skimpy and the quality was worth it. Loved that there was no wait, 4 stars because of cleanliness / staff , wish you had few more helping hands , but the people on the line are doing the best they can. Thank you!

This Chipotle is SKIMPING ON PORTIONS BIG TIME. They will not give you your moneys worth. I will go back to my old Chipotles restuarant so I dont get upcharged for NORMAL PORTIONS. The worker told me they were TOLD not give regular portions by management. This is by far the worst Chipotles Ive been to.

Stopped here because was in the neighborhood. Didn’t notice it till I was right in top of it because it doesn’t look like a “fast food” place with a drive through but I assume it’s a “code” issue. I think passerby’s will miss this place a lot. You have to look very carefully to notice it
