I love this chipotle!!! I been 2 times, the first time I got a burrito and the lady filled me up so good!! Very fat and filling burrito! I just recently went for my second time, I tried a bowl for the first time and they made this experience great!!! The bowl was so good and filling, I even got a side tortilla and made a burrito out of that! This is also a very convenient location for me too! Staff are very nice and food is great!!! 🙂

Wow the service at this Chipotle is terrible! The minute you step inside this location you’re stepping into unorganized chaos. If you have a pick up order, be prepared to wait and be stared at by every employee behind the counter because they refuse to walk over and ask the simple question “May I help you?” Not to mention, the restaurant and prep areas look disgustingly dirty. I personally love Chipotle and I’ve never encountered a location as bad as this one. Absolutely disgusting service and food.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a build-your-own-burrito chain located in Valrico, FL. This location is new, and even has their own drive thru! However, the decor was mostly bland inside and a few tables were dirty. The service here was friendly, but there weren’t many people working and were inexperienced. However, there wasn’t a line when we walked in.

I don’t care for this location very much. The employees are not that friendly or inviting. I have had multiple issues with my bowls here. Once the rice was not completely cooked. I mean crunchy. I went back up there and notified the staff, they were angry. They told me all they could do was make me another one using the same rice. I tried it in front of them and made let them know it was still crunchy, and I ended up just throwing it away and leaving. The chicken is often old. The skim on meat portions and just give you a bunch of rice and beans.

The worst Chipotle experience ever. Got there around 7 PM on a week night. There was only one person in line ahead of me and two people dining, so it’s not like they were busy. First thing I noticed was how messy the kitchen and serving line was, like they hadn’t wiped anything down all day. Ordered chicken al pastor, which was featured as the main ad on the menu board and told it was limited time and no longer available. The rice was almost empty, the beans were almost empty and dried out like they’d been sitting for hours. Ordered regular chicken. It was almost empty and dried out so I waited for fresh chicken to be chopped. The fajita veggies were out and they had to go get more. After paying and sitting down, there were no forks… not even one. The drink and flatware stations were a mess, and there was no sweet tea, only unsweetened in both dispensers (and not much of that). Given the extreme state of disarray, maybe they’d just gotten through a dinnertime rush, but any one of those issues would be unacceptable, let alone all at the same time. I’ll give them another chance, and if it’s back to a normal, good Chipotle experience, I’ll take down this review, but until then…

The management at this chipotle is terrible. I feel sorry for the employees, it is always extremely understaffed. No rice, no sides, because there is no one to cook, no one as cashier, no one to serve. If this doesn’t get under control I don’t see this location lasting. They need staff

I’m a regular of this specific chipotle. Really love the food and it is all made fresh as it should be. Portions are decent and most of the employees were really nice. Except a few days ago. The short, young African American lady with long eyelashes was quite rude and just… ignorant. They have great food but need to choose their people more carefully.

This location is terrible! They literally give you the smallest amount of food possible. It’s unbelievable! Our bowls were not even half full. The “GM” Nicole was extremely rude to both me over the phone and my daughter when she drove all the way back to have it remade. She hung up on me and was very unprofessional! If you want proper portions… do not go here!

I have never been to Chipotle before. When I was greeted at the counter the man asked me what I would like and I told him how I was never there before. He was super kind and took the time to explain the menu and let me sample some of the meats. I wish I got his name, but it was on 7/3 around 12:30. He was so friendly!!!! The food was delicious.
