Poor experience. Food was not fresh. Barely any meat. I told the employee it was my boyfriend’s first time there and the employee did nothing to explain to him what the options were. I had 4 bites of steak in my entire bowl, two of which were fatty. The employee put the hugest scoop of sour cream on my bowl it was almost inedible. My boyfriend did not even have a full bowl, picture is what his bowl looked like as soon as we sat down to eat. Chips were stale. Employees were not friendly or personable. Patio had trash all over it. The tables inside are filthy. Horrible experience. We visited on Saturday 7/15 around 5:30pm. The entire staff that was there should be retrained.

We used to love Chipotle and this location in particular but the service and atmosphere has “dropped off a cliff”. The employees are not friendly, do not keep the place clean. The floor and all the tables were dirty and trash was piled high with no one in line. It looks like they have issues with rats and no wonder with all the garbage out the back door. The manager was just standing around with the staff rubbing his beard over the food on the evening of 29 Jul…someone needs to do something to change things around here.

Completely disgusting place. Service makes you feel uncomfortable to even order. They are very rude give you the bare minimum of scoops (honestly my chicken was a half a scoop). I’ve been here 3 times now thinking it would get better and honestly never does. Look at the reviews for the 2 months maybe 2 5 stars and every 1 star says the same. Counters were full of food that was never cleaned up, food made me question if I was going to get food poisoning and I can’t stress enough on the service. 3 strikes I’m out.

I come here to get food sometimes when working on my break. The employees are really a hit or miss some are nice and some seem like they just don’t want to work there. The tables are usually dirty I have to clean it myself when I go in to eat. I’ve came multiple times (not at closing time) and they have been out of lots of things which is disappointed because I waste time going there just to walk right out. I understand though which is why I’m not giving a terrible review I’m giving a mid one because this store is just mid. If they have everything then I’m usually satisfied so…

The place NEVER has veggies in stock. Any day of the week, any time of day. I usually come around once a week as I work up the street. Barely ever put any meat or rice on anything, always have to haggle for a normal portion. Doesn’t really matter to me, but restaurant always seems dirty; tables never cleaned, trash always full, etc. Just dont ever expect to get what you want here.

1st I asked if they had any fresher garlic steak because it looked so dried out….he said no you can have regular steak, I let him know that I prefer the garlic 1 and wouldnt mind waiting. He didn’t check or anything just proceeded to say what did Iwant. He then heated the soft tacos and placed the meat and fajita veggies on all tacos…he placed 1 container directly in mess, I stopped him and said you should wipe the counter, I’ll wait…he rudely picked up my food and placed it by the register and still didnt wipe the counter. There was no one in front or in back of me so he had ample time. His demeanor was awful and he should not work with public…several employees walked past unbusy and NO ONE stopped to wipe the mess. I will not be returning for some time. I actually took photos.

IT SUCKS!! Every time I come into this place which is usually bet30-8:for00pm, the store is trashed and they NEVER. Have any product to prepare the bowl I want. This is the third time now in the past month that I had to leave because they didn’t have any steak and claimed they were out. HOW CAN YOU BE OUT OF STEAK DURING DINNER RUSH AND YOU’RE STILL OPEN FOR ANOTHER TWO HOURS!! I’ve already reached out to Corporate after my last visit which apparently has done nothing cause it’s still the same. This business DOES NOT care about there customers and I will NEVER be back!!! This is the third time now I’m leaving this establishment empty handed and forced to go spend money at one of their competitors just so I can eat. The store is always filthy too, they plainly do not care about their business! Avoid this restaurant AT ALL COSTS!!!
