They literally have one lady serving food does that make sense. How are y’all running business? Only in Florida. Instead of helping customers one lady is busy answering her cellphone on the floor. How long do you think a paying customer should wait in a line this long? Waisting people’s time. I’ll take my money somewhere else. Hire people who really wants to help customer get their meals. Whoever manages this chipotle is a disgrace to the company train your staff correctly customer service is everything.

Chipotle in general is good. This location in specific tho… Food’s normal, but service is not the best. If you order online, you can always expect something to be missing Furthermore, they don’t properly seal the bag with the sticker they put on. Did the delivery guy open your meal? Who knows.. They also skimp you on your toppings. If I had known they would fill my bowl halfway and spread it out to look full, I’m paying for a REAL BOWL at another Chipotle thanks!!! I just come here because it’s the closest Chipotle but saving the gas money ain’t worth it lol.

I guess chipotle Mexican Grill has been Around for quite some time!! I guess some would call this fast food Mexican. I would not. I can see how they may think that. The place is clean, but its kinda cafeteria Ambiance! I have to say the Food was delicious !! Really good. I think if Chipotle decided to use real silver ware and real dishes, that would totally take away fast food Mexican comments!. Its a shame cause its very very clean food so far what i have tried great flavors! It is still not going to stop me for stopping in again for a fast dinner and or lunch

Last experience was enough for me. I’m in the industry and some people should not be doing this job no matter how bad they need money. Sir, your job is to work and be pleasant, not a fashion/bad attitude contest. Hopefully you get your attitude together. I will now drive out of my way to go anywhere else. I have never been so angry about a corrupt restaurant before in my life. This chipotle had a sign on The door saying online orders only, so I order online because I loved chipotle. I ordered at 6:15 pm and was told our pick up time was 6:30 pm. I then proceeded to wait over an hour to get my one burrito. They were rude when told they forgot my drink. This is the worst experience I have ever had, and will never go back to this chipotle ever again. Or really any chipotle. If I could give 0 stars I would!!
