So obviously the franchise owner went clown school. I have staff in front of me saying they can’t make my order but I can make it on door dash. I get you’re understaffed but where’s the owner?!?!? I got food poisoning 2 times here and this was the nail in the coffin, worst chipotle in Florida if not the company. You’re better off going to Taco Bell .

Today was a better wait time but they usually do not have a system for online orders. They need to implement a FIFO (first in first out) system that could be as simple as a clothes line and pins. I placed an online order and 45 minutes later when we showed up, they still hadn’t even started it.

Firs time dining in this Chipotle location. If I could give it more stars I would! Woow! I can’t get over the taste It was the best Chipotle steak bowl I’ve ever tasted in my life very big food portions, I’ve been to different locations in different states but this one is my favorite yet! The staff were nice, kind and friendly they do a great job wish them all the best.. The restaurant was clean, there was a line, it was crowded but it worth it. The view around the restaurant was very nice. Highly recommended!

Worst chipotle ever LOL. Out of proteins all the time, the slowest I’ve ever been to, very little English, bad attitudes, just all around terrible. And then they look at you like you’re being the annoying customer. LOL! Do not come here I don’t care how convenient it is.

THE WORST CHIPOTLE EVER. I have purchased more than enough times at this Chipotle. The service is SLOW and all around AWFUL at mind blowing levels. If they don’t forget your drink, they forget your chips, if they don’t forget the chips, they forget your drink, and so on! It’s ridiculous how YOU have to make sure and tear the bag apart to see if they’re not actually ripping you off AGAIN. The wait time is just ridiculous and if you know you’re short staffed and it’s gonna take longer, don’t promise a time for the food delivery and give it to you 25 minutes later. Clients are patient but we expect our money’s worth. It’s SO insanely awful there. There’s never any staff. Offer a higher salary then!! I’m extremely unimpressed at the lack of professionalism at this Chipotle. Clearly more than the majority are too. At this point it’s just a joke and embarrassing for them. I will NOT be returning and I’m tired of getting my money taken from me. DO BETTER.

You guys need to either hire more people or pay more to have your current employees work on busy days. We asked the line workers to explain why it took us almost 1 hour to get our food ready while they were shuffling online orders in front of us. They told us they are short handed because no one wants to work on busy nights. Poor management

Food is usually good. However, when you go to pick up your online order it’s usually 15-25min late. The staff seems stressed out and forgets to put protein in the bowls. The inside is usually filthy dirty and trash overflowing, no napkins or forks etc. been going here for years but it all the sudden took a nose dive.

If I could give this place a zero I would, I used to love coming to this Chipotle but today when I walked in trash was piled up to the ceiling. The floor was covered in food and all of the tables were dirty. I mobile ordered for pickup and all I ordered was a steak quesadilla plus sides and when I was leaving I noticed the bag felt too light, so I checked, and sure enough there was only the sides in the container. When I went back in a worker was walking around with my quesadilla in hand, no gloves, and tried to hand it to me. There either needs to be a change in management or this store needs to be shut down. Being in the Mercato I expect a lot better.

We have ordered online 3 times over the past 2 years. Every time I swear I will never order from this location again. Today’s visit was the worst. I’m done with this Chipotle! I have had to wait at least 30 minutes past the estimated time of pickup every time. It’s disorganized and in need of a clean up. The prep counter is covered in cheese, rice, meat, salsa, etc. Workers are running all over with no obvious sense of direction. Someone, appeared to be a manager or owner, walked up to the cash register, cutting off customers waiting for their orders, and started a discussion with the staff. They all stopped working and stood there listening for 5 minutes. It was Spanish so I didn’t understand the discussion. After the discussion everyone went into the back room, leaving all the customers standing there looking at each other, for another 5 minutes. It was nuts. Never again!
