You can get the same food but 10x better at los magueyes mexican i know you guys just opened but wow. Extremely disappointed, first time coming to a Chipotle and probably my last. I paid an extra 6 dollars for extra meat and that was Barley anything there, a pinch of lettuce, chips are chewy’ queso had a sour taste.couple of the chips had somthing weird on them. I ordered online at 6:40 for it to be ready at 7:30, and didn’t receive my food until 7:45, I wasn’t even greeted at the window until then. Wasted $20.

What a great addition to Inverness. Great food, easy to park and great service. It always blows my mind that the line can have 20 people in line but it moves so fast. This store also features a pick up window that you can order on the app and pick up at the window without getting out of your car.

Not bad. Line moved quickly. Disappointed they didn’t have vegetables today, rather have that than the meat. Chips , cheese , salsa and guacamole good. Not alot of parking . Would visit again.

In the month they’ve been open I’ve ordered 4 times during dinner time. All times they’ve been out of the “refreshers” drinks. (flavored lemonades) all of them. Inconsistent with portion sizes. Everytime, the chips are stale and chewy. Items Forgotten. And each time food is cold & late. Everyone seems irritated. The store Managment is the issue.

I don’t understand the hate in the reviews for this location. Maybe it was issues they were having with the initial opening of the store but due to that we almost didn’t get food here. Happy we said let’s try it though (have had other Chipotle locations before). Did an online order and got there right at the pickup time and the food was just getting packed up. Wife got a steak burrito and I got a steak bowl. Both were good portions with no shortness of any ingredients including steak. Both were delicious and we will be back.

I ordered a catering order online a few days before my event. It was $238 worth of food! Upon arriving the day of my order on 8/14/23 (11:30am) I go to the cash register to pickup my catering order. The cashier looks up my order and says “oh shoot, we totally forgot to make your order”!!! Keep in mind this was a large order for 15 people! She says, we will start your order immediately! After waiting patiently for the food to be made and everything to be put together, I was very late for my event and did not receive my food order until 12:20pm… the girl helping make my order was fantastic but Not one time during my wait did a manger even come up to apologize. If you have a catering order definitely don’t use them, you will be late!!! Won’t be going back any time soon!

Open for business! Looks great inside. Food quality was spot-on. Processed the line in minimum time. There appeared to be a delay for the order to go, but then I noticed folks waiting until they were on-site to order. Very few Chipotles have unlimited seating. This one seems to be about right, and the tables here have the hooks for your purse/laptop bag to help with this.

The last 3 times we’ve ordered online, there’s been a 1+ hour wait to get our food. I understand it’s super busy, but it needs to be better managed. Shut off online/doordash orders until it can be handled. When you ask for a refund, you have to contact a 1800 number. So it’s not a quick easy “oh no, it’s too busy, nevermind” type deal.

I went here for lunch at 12:00 . The restaurant was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly!! I got a chicken bowl with white rice and guacamole . I thought it was very delicious. I was surprised that my lunch was $16 dollars… but it was really good. Most likely won’t make this a regular spot for lunch due to the fact I don’t want to spend quit that much on my lunches , but was good Check it out!!
