Ordered take out and got all the way home, I took one bite of my burrito and broke my tooth. I spit it out on my plate and a dirty effin penny came out with it…. It’s amazing that we put our trust in restaurant workers with what we eat and how it’s prepared. No more restaurants period, I have lost all confidence in restaurant workers; oh but make sure you tip them for your pickup order though!! I took the burrito and the penny back to them. I don’t need your refund or any interaction with the people that work in this establishment, keep your $12 bucks and I’ll go to my dentist…AWESOME!

Nice people but no food safety. Girl put down an entire grills worth of some type of raw meat. Had the red juices on her arms even. Just changed gloves and hopped on the line in front of me like I didn’t just watch her touch raw meat. I did not order a bowl after watching that but my brother said it’s the worst chipotle bowl he has ever had.

This Chipolte was the closest one to one of my former homes. While living there, I’d stop in nearly every week to grab a burrito. During all visits, my order was made properly and quickly. The staff here was always super friendly. Don’t miss this one if you’re in the Trinity area of Tampa Bay.

Two to three times a week at opening times I’m here and most times I still have to wait for the protein to be ready, 10 minutes plus. Personnel in here are terrible at customer service, their attitudes are horrible. Please look into this.

Chipotle is unsafe for takeout. I know they’ve had issues with people getting sick in the past and to me the reason is clear. Anyone who has ever worked food service understands temperature danger zones. When you scoop food that is of a safe cold temperature on top of food that is of a safe hot temperature they both fall rapidly into the temperature danger zone. There is no time to transport this food for any distance before it becomes unsafe to consume. Chipotle’s in store food handling is fine. It’s the minute your order is assembled that is becomes a hazard. Try ordering a bowl and then stick a thermometer in it after 3 minutes. It is already out of safe temp. Now drive 10 minutes home and eat it. No thanks. Only good for eat in.

ordered a veggie salad to go and received a bowl with 10 pieces of wilted lettuce. When I went back to the store and spoke to the manager, Ayla, She told me that they are not able to remake a veggie salad for me nor are they able to refund and just gave me a one 800 customer service number to call. They acted as if the 10 pieces of lettuce was pay nine dollars for that. When I finally got a hold of corporate they apologized and could hear the young manager and her young sidekick over the phone and told me that that was not proper customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of common sense and customer service.
