Grabbed a Chicken Chipotle bowl for lunch, and it tasted great. We didn’t have any problem with service when we visited, which was nice and it was a decent location with quite a bit of seating inside. The palm trees outside are cool.

I frequently visit this Chipotle and unfortunately, I am continually left dissatisfied with my experience. The main issue is the extraordinary wait times at this particular location. Despite having 10+ people working, they only have a single person making the food, leading to frustratingly slow service. Adding to the situation was the fact that when they ran out of a particular ingredient, they would hold the entire line, causing further delays.

Went inside to order my bowl when the systems went down for their registers. There was about four people ahead of me all waiting to pay, including myself. After about 20 minutes of the registers not coming back up a manager finally came out and finally told us all just to pay on the app. The young lady at the register was super sweet and kind during the entire situation and apologized many times . I understand technology glitches happen, but a bit more could of been done for those whose food was already made and waiting to pay.

The staff appear consistently inconvenienced, the food frequently ran out, and there seemed to be a strong preference for to-go orders over those dining in the lobby. Overall, it was one of the most disappointing Chipotle visits I’ve had.

Come here weekly because it’s on my route home from work. Serves as a weekly reminder I need to stop coming here. Service is decent (polite) but the staff does not listen. Even after repeating myself multiple times they still make my order wrong.. not like I can throw it away and make them start over. Go to any other chipotle.

For a chipotle located at a high price hi end neighborhood this place it’s horrible . Hard rice warm drinks they give you ice cup to drink with . And get this horrible cellphone services inside and guess what they have NO WIFI ????? It’s 2023 they said we used Starbucks next door wifi but they are closed now lol

Really nice chipotle location! The service was fast, food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean. The only downside for me was they do not serve alcohol at this location. I usually like to get a Modelo with my meal. Other than that, it’s a great location for a chipotle. The restaurant is in a newer building, the area is very nice, and I like that that have indoor and outdoor seating..

Manager at the cashiers desk completely disrespected a customer over something extremely small and even threaten to call the police . The customer only wanted to pay for some extra food with no issues . I didn’t even order my food here because of the environment that the manager caused. This definitely could of been de escalated and played out differently
