Went 2 days ago to wait 20 minutes and watch 1 guy handle customers and everyone doing who knows what behind him . Craved the food again so ordered through the app . What a waste of money . Don’t know why people trust using your online platform if you just screw them over with what they pay 20$ for . Really wish the corporation would get there ducks in a row in this area. Seems every store is like this and it’s sad because I truly enjoy your product but feel I can be appreciated and get more bang for my buck elsewhere . Really hope you guys figure it out . What a shame.

I usually love Chipotle and I have been a frequent visitor for many years. The Jensen Beach store continues to be the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I keep going back out of pure convenience and hoping something will change but the bar continues to be set lower and lower. Today is the day that I discontinue my visits. I’ve had everything from poor service, poor food quality and quantity, and very dirty conditions inside and within the bathrooms. Today’s burrito could have passed as a Taco Bell soft taco. CHIPOTLE MANAGEMENT—-LOOK AT YOUR STORE REVIEWS AND DO SOMETHING!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! My sister and I came here for lunch and the store was disgustingly gross , they had one employee on the line with half of the stuff empty. With one employee on the line there was six employees in the back of him just looking at the line that was to the door. No one was helping the kid on the line and it seemed that no one even cared that they had a line to the door. After I check out I asked who the manager was and if he was there. I was told Logen was the manager and I asked for him but the guys didn’t move and just looked at me. I expressed my considers and he processed to tell me that at 3am there was only 3 people to prep for the day and that the manager is in the process of getting fired. I’ve never seen a chipotle so dirty , and I know it takes a lot to prep with food but geez. It was pretty ridiculous. Do better.

I placed an order and was delivered someone else’s entree. I am allergic to dairy and it was covered in cheese and sour cream. I tried to call the store and there is an automatic system that gave me a free drink for the inconvenience of my order being wrong, an order I CANNOT EAT. I would recommend not ordering from here is you have an allergy, you will not get your money back or the order fixed, if it happens to be wrong.

I had not been to a Chipotle in years and was looking forward to it. This experience was very disappointing. They were out of food ingredients, they forgot to add my salad dressing to my order, the steak was extremely chewy, and the tacos were poorly made.

I went to this store at about 8:15 last night. They close at 11:00. They were out of a lot of ingredients like chicken, tacos, lettuce. LETTUCE?? really? I had the bowl and the lettuce is a key ingredient for me. There were no offers of any kind of substitution. The restaurant and behind the counters were filthy. Overall a disappointing meal.
