They are always out of Fajita and other veggies. When asked about when they would be refilled the answer would always be 20-30 mins. Employees didn’t seem to care about it and had to pay full price for the veggie bowl. Don’t recommend this location for veggie bowl.

I am a frequent customer here, probably one of their most frequent customers. I have nothing but praise for this location. Anytime I have had an issue, it was fixed. Given the climate around the world, many businesses are short on staff, this location happens to be one of them. I’ll drive out of my way to come here, passing one other Chipotle. Are the doors locked sometimes, yes! Do I get upset about something out of the control of the few employees who do show up, no! There is a guy who works here by the name of Jordan, he is always pleasant, making sure everything is running smoothly, not to mention some of the nice ladies who work here as well. I’ve had a few instances where my table wasn’t cleaned, it was after the lunch rush hour, it was very few employees working, I asked if I could get a cleaning towel and clean it myself, the young lady came from behind the counter and cleaned it for me. Like I said before, when there is a problem, it has always been addressed. I truly believe this location has an ample amount of potential once they are at full staffing capacity. Food is also very good most of the time, there have been a few hiccups here and there due to new cooks (I can speak on this because I go very often and can tell when they hire a new person lol). Overall, I would recommend.

Always terrible service and interaction, always out of fajitas and other items. When there isn’t a lack of food, its terrible. bland undercooked rice, undercooked black beans. I now will only drive further to the other hoover location by the galleria. Night and day difference in the employees and quality of food.

Last year this location was very stingy with the serving size. This year, they did not have steak nor fajita veggies and the place was not clean. The staff each time was unapologetic. Must be something going on with the management of this location because most Chipotles are at the very least acceptable.

I loved Going to this chipotle, the only thing I didn’t like about this chipotle was their queso, it’s very watered down and doesn’t taste like much of anything bf compared to the other locations. I ordered my usual bowl with two tortillas on the side and a burrito for my wife and ordered to have it picked up. When I got my food I thought everything was fine since I got everything I ordered but my wife’s burrito on the other hand is another story , when she took the aluminum foil off ants were on her burrito. No ants were in the bag at all or around it. Just found it very gross that bugs were in our food when we literally just picked up the food and the bag was sealed. This place definitely needs a health inspector.

I was not very happy with my visit. The food was not up to par and it was very unclean to me. I ordered burrito bowls, the rice was clumped and the taste wasn’t consistent throughout. I wanted to the tomato salsa and was told there wasn’t any… in the entire restaurant. I think the only thing clean was the employees hands, they had on gloves. Somebody went to wipe the counter down, used a paper towel, just wrong. Food all over the counter, smudged food handprints all over the container. Food stuck to the bottom of the bowls. Will not return.

This establishment has had a complete overhaul from 6 months ago. The food is fresh, hot and delicious! They now have new courteous and enthusiastic employees. Clean shining stainless steel equipment. Neat clean prep areas and clean floors. Thank you Owners for listening to the customers

I went in five minutes before they open the doors not knowing the time I was told they were opening a few minutes at 10:45. I waited and they locked the door behind me. I tried to go in at 10:45 the doors were locked I tried to knock and ask, what time they’re gonna open they all looked at me but did not respond. Additionally, this location is ALWAYS out of items, and the same excuse to use every single time is they are understaffed. Chipotle management needs to understand. This is not the only restaurant that is understaffed. There are a lot of other businesses that are understaffed, but still provide adequate service. This location is a shame to what chipotle stands for. Extremely disappointed with the behavior of the team.
