I don’t know what happened tonight because I have had several good experiences at this location but tonight we ordered $50 worth of to go food and every bit of it was so spicy it was inedible, and I love spice, but this was like someone was playing a joke on us hot. All 5 of us spit out our food after a few bites and knew something was terribly wrong.

This has to be the absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been to. How hard is it to cook rice so it won’t break someone’s teeth? The brown rice is always hard and crunchy like it was made last week and kept under a heat lamp until they serve it this week.

This is the worst Chipotle I have been to, and I’ve been to stores in four states. They served me a burrito bowl that had just about zero meat, was full of lettuce I didn’t order, and the rice was so undercooked it CRUNCHED between my teeth. The Chipotle parking lot is always empty in Athens, when every other fast food place is hopping. This is why. Won’t return.

The dirtiest Chipotle I’ve been to by far. The men’s bathroom was gross, and the dining area and exterior seating wasn’t much better. Lots of used dishes left around. Garbage area uncleared, and overflowing garbage cans.

We’ve been eating at Chipotle for 10+ years. Mostly in Austin, TX. Today while visiting my inlaws in Athens, AL, we suggested Chipotle for dinner. Me and my father-in-law got “steak bowls”. The “gristle” (it was NOT steak) was inedible and horrible. Luckily we didn’t choke on it! This was the WORST Chipotle experience I’ve ever had!!! Since we had the order ‘to go’, I tried to call the restaurant and complain…it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a person on the phone (but you can damn sure place an order)! So I went back to the restaurant to show them the gristle (see picture). The ‘manager’ said “I’m sorry”. Well, please believe all the 1-star reviews! This Chipotle location SUCKS, and the staff doesn’t give a damn! Good riddance!

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. One person working the line on a Sunday afternoon yet 5-6 employees on the clock. Six patrons in front of me when I walk into the store and stand in line. 15 minutes later, I get to place my order only to find out that they have no veggies. No cheese on my daughter’s build-your-own. Retraining, firing the GM, or closing the store as an embarrassment to the brand all need to be considered seriously.

Really a quesadillas made with mozzarella cheese. What is mexicano about that. I could’ve ordered a pizza if I wanted that. Then so stupid you have to order it in a app just to get it. Smh can’t even talk to a person when you call the store. Look folks stop trying to do something that is not part of your true nature an ethics. Clearly it shows. An for the love of God stop trying to pass Rotella dip off as queso. 15$ for a veggie quesadilla an chip is on a straight trip to garbage.
