I was so excited for this location because it is so much closer to my home. The first couple of weeks my order seemed to be great . However it started going down hill fast. I order via the app or online web for all my orders and pick up in the lane. The quality of the rice is hit or miss, sometimes the chicken is seasoned and other times not at all, and accuracy is 50/50 chance. I gave 3 stars because when the order is correct and the food is seasoned or not clumpy (rice) then its real good. I believe the staff to be friendly but they are overwhelmed at times. I still go to this location because the closeness to my home and the ease to get there but I go with the exception it may be amazing or just eh ..Look of the draw

Unfortunately we’ve ordered several times from here and received our order completely wrong. You can only order quesadillas online and a few times we’ve received what should have been our SIDES IN our quesadilla which completely defeats the purpose of the meal. (I don’t want to eat rice and tortilla just together which ends up being what happens because they put in 1/3 of Chicken all on one side and 2/3 of rice on the other) You can never get ahold of the staff over the phone so I figured I’d mention it on here so hopefully management can see it and retrain their team on the right way the order should come out so the problem doesn’t keep happening

I was very weary coming to this location after reading the reviews prior… I had a decent experience there, but I’m still very weary about coming back. The service was quick and the employees were nice and friendly, and the food was as expected with good portions. The main thing that worries me is the cleanliness of the restaurant. One of the employees accidentally dropped some lemonade all over the floor. When she came to clean it up, the mop she used smelled so bad I would smell it from 5-10 feet away. She barely mopped anything up and left a big puddle of smelly lemonade mop water right in front of the drink area that people were walking through leaving tracks throughout the entire front area. I’ll probably come back but I’ll be cautious.

I’ve actually been to 3 Chipotle’s in the last week.The Clift Farms location was beyond NASTY. I visited the Toyota Field Location twice in 4 days and each time the employees were wiping down the steam table, my food was beyond my expectations. I’ve learned to lower my expectations but I will continue to go out of my way to patronize this location. I will continue to give credit where its due

Ordered online and arrived at the appropriate pickup time. All the food was cold, 2 of the three entrees were incorrect. The rice was crunchy and undercooked. The chips were stale and essentially inedible. Horrible experience and disappointed as my family typically loves Chipotle.

Avoid this, and the Huntsville, AL, Chipotle, at all costs. The staff is slow, indifferent, and careless. I have been to this particular Chipotle 4 times in 3 months. Every time I have been there, the place is borderline filthy, they do not have over half of the ingredients advertised available (to include CHIPS a staple of Mexican restaurants), and the staff wanders around to eventually serve people. With the time frame I have been there, I was hoping there would be an improvement, however, this place has only gotten worse. There is food detritus EVERYWHERE, on tables, the floor, and food prep areas. When I was last there, the fire panel was beeping constantly and NO ONE was addressing it. Their version of a burrito is to make a rice/bean/meat ball the size of a softball and call it a success. With that level of disinterest by the staff this place is a food born illness event waiting to occur. The Huntsville location is just as bad. Only eat here if you find yourself in a post-apoplectic event and you have already eaten your best friend.

Love eating Chipotle. But the experience is awful. We pull up at 5:30 to eat, and we see a sign that the lobby is closed. Ugh. So we place an online order – 15 minute wait. We wait a few minutes, and then hop in the pickup line, where we are told by an employee that there are six orders ahead of ours, so ours won’t be ready for at least another 40 minutes.
