Why does this cost $26? 1 bowl with double steak and 1 bowl with double chicken. Cheese and sour cream added to both. I could have went to Aldi and bought 6 lbs of grass fed ground beef for the price of this. Aside from that, the employees were friendly and the environment was nice.

The food is good but the service pissed me off. I stood at the front counter, in front of the register for a good 6 minutes while the employees stood there chit chatting, not even acknowledging me. Some of them even looked directly at me and continued talking amongst themselves. Finally, a girl came up to me and acknowledged me. I wouldn’t have mind if they were actually doing their job and I had to wait but no, they weren’t. I was standing in line behind a young man and when he grabbed his order and left the girl dashed away from the register and went to laugh about something with another employee, as if I wasn’t even there. It was rude.

I placed a mobile order at 5:58 for 6:10. I arrived at 6:08, and our food wasn’t ready, which is completely understandable. At 6:10, we were told they were waiting on the steak to be chopped. We finally received our food at 6:38. The whole purpose of a mobile order is to expedite the to go/ counter service process. We never received an apology for our wait and the employees did not have a sense of urgency. The restaurant was fully staffed as well.

When Chipotle first came to this area it was one of my go to place , my last few visits I have noticed they serve potions smaller and giving less meat even more , my family and I ordered 2 bowls and a burrito all chicken so I watched them finished the bowls were so skimpy so at they register I told them I didn’t want mines , reason being I’m sick of standing and watching people rob me of money by not giving the proper serving amount give me what I’m paying for ,if you do this all day to everyone you serve , you are saving your company tons of dollars, but cheating your customers. Be fair or be gone, less for for more money please how is that great or even good customers service. $22.00 for chicken burrito and chicken bowl . Don’t mind paying for what I want but want what I pay for.

They let a bit of food empty out so we couldn’t order steak and extra sides. The staff was nice, area was somewhat clean but it was busy and they were slinging food out. Way better than the ones in Columbus, Ga!

Give it an meh. Overhyping it out, it was meh. Anyways had to wait longer than 10 minutes for steak, which understood, the vibe of the place was nasty and disgusting: trash, everywhere was gonna eat in , but changed my mind quick. It was meh. But the quac was guud , coming back for more

First this place has really gone downhill. I really really love Chipotle but for the last few months (I go once a week or at least every two weeks) this place had been so nasty. The night shift is trifling. They refuse to clean the area and the night before they refused to put out fresh food, caught an attitude and walked away. I’m not sure where management is during evening shift but its about 3 young girls working at night that shouldn’t be. I was really disgusted by the service last night and the night before I had to leave because I didn’t want that dried out mixed up food they had out. Plus they was “out” of everything so there wasn’t a point of ordering. So disappointing I probably won’t return to the location for a while.

I usually get a to-go order but this time I dined in. The inside dining area looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned the night before. I got there 10 minutes after it opened. I loved the food but this makes me wonder what else is not being cleaned.

I love Chipotle and the ease of ordering online; However this particular location should reevaluate their staff and increase their customer service training. The customer service should be ALOT better. I normally always order online but since I was already nearby , I decided to order and eat inside. At the time, there was only about three people in line behind me. There was only one person making the three bowls that I was ordering so of course it took a second. While waiting on the chicken to be cut and sauced, I stood in line with no problem. The guy that I’m assuming is the manager, immediately spoke up and in a snarky voice responded “He’s going to have to cut it”. I’m not sure if he was hoping that I would choose a different meat or what. I still wanted the chicken so I gladly waited. I continued to wait with no problem and shortly, he was done preparing it. It’s not so much what he said , but how rudely he responded to me. The line had grown almost to the door at that point. This is not the first time that I have encountered his attitude… Maybe he is having a rough time so I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt…I most likely will take a break from this location though ….. The taste of the food is always great ! It’s just that particular employee that always has an attitude problem…
