I have given Chipotle so many chances, but they always fail. We ordered our food for mobile pick-up at 7:30 pm, but when we arrived at 8 pm, we were told that they had just started on the 6:50 pm orders. So we waited in the parking lot and then had to get back in line since we couldn’t cancel our order through the app. Finally, at 9 pm, we received our order. However, when we checked the bag, we realized they had forgotten to include the chips and made a bowl instead of a burrito as we had ordered. It turned out they didn’t have any tortillas or chips, and they weren’t going to inform us unless we opened the bag. We had paid for certain items that were missing, but they didn’t mention that they had run out. Even after confronting them, they just suggested calling the corporate number for a refund since that’s all they knew. It was the worst hospitality you could expect from a restaurant. I strongly advise avoiding this Chipotle at all costs. They will disappoint you every time. I will make sure never to go to this Chipotle again.

This is the slowest Chipotle I’ve ever seen in my entire life. It’s obviously not the employees fault but the manager and higher-ups. You would think that if you have only one Chipotle restaurant near campus you would have a higher number of employees working. Every single time I order from here it’s at least a 30-50 minute wait. At the minimum. This place sucks. Would not recommend. New management required.

My visit was a all around bad experience. Understaffed, six people ahead of me and a fifteen minute wait to get served. The employees did a bad job of putting together two tacos. Had to wait five more minutes to ring up. I almost pulled a dine and dash. The two different credit cards would not work. Lucky I had some cash. It was just a perfect storm. I will not go back. Moe’s is a block away.

They do online ordering only whenever they feel like it I guess. The times are not posted anywhere. The employees let us stand there for 5 minutes and never spoke. Another customer was the one who told me I had to place an order online. 45 minutes later our food was ready and incorrect. They were telling new customers walking in to go somewhere else because they were too far behind on orders. If they would have 2 people on online orders and 2 people working the line and 2 people cooking, there would be no issue.. Instead 5 employees were doing online only and ignoring the 20 people inside the building. I wish I would have taken a pic of my kid’s build your own taco box. There was one tortilla and about 7! pieces of shredded cheese and NOTHING else.

I understand that this Chipotle gets a lot of traffic from its location and college community. However, that shouldn’t mean I have to sit there for an average time of 30-45 minutes for a simple order. Usually, I prefer to just go in person to order because the line usually has a steady pace that is easy to estimate the amount of time and if waiting is worth it or not. Now when I try to go 80% of the time they are only taking online orders and sometimes the lobby is just closed period. They are severely understaffed and need to implement a better system. The new drive thru has done more damage than good. I will say the workers are very friendly and can tell they are working hard. The management here just needs to be reworked urgently.

We got there at lunchtime, and it was crowded with students. The lemonade and the drinks in the dispensers were empty. The tables were dirty, and everyone seemed frustrated after getting their food, only to find they had a very limited drink offering.

Please beware, you can not order food here in person. You have to order it and eat out only. Even with this change they still can’t get it together. If you order, it will be an additional HOUR wait from the time the app says. This has to be the worst chipotles in America. Stay away at all cost.

This Chipotle is terrible. No Management presence at all. Employees do whatever they feel like doing and ignore the customers. Complete disaster of a restaurant. No one cleans anything and manager when he does come around is trying to run around and do everything the employees should be doing anyway. No leadership in place here and employees walk around talking and getting nothing done while customers stand there. Completely ignored. Do Not go here!!
