We ordered delivery. We thought the promotion said a side of guacamole for using the app. I intended to add it to my measly looking burrito bowl, granted, no rice and no beans, but it came on the tacos. Fortunately, I had an avocado of my own to use. Measly burrito bowl. Next time, actually add lettuce, please, and the fajita veggies that I ordered weren’t present. It tasted fine, presented awfully, and definitely wasn’t what we ordered and paid for.

Multiple times I’ve ordered delivery from this store. I’ve tried to call and speak with someone but apparently they’re unable to answer the phone, so I’m left with leaving a review.

I live 5 minutes from this location, I am willing to drive 30 minutes to the next closest because of the terrible service I received here!!! I stood in line for 15 minutes, they had 1 person working the line, I asked for a cheese quesadilla along with my bowl …. I opened it when I got home and he didn’t even melt it! Also I went to grab napkins & a fork and it was nothing left. If I could give 0 stars I would, I had higher hopes & expectations since they are newer

For a brand new establishment, place was not cleaned. Drinks out of stock, equipment dirty, and nothing was wiped down including all the tables. They had 3 able bodied workers at the time, at a extremely slow time. We were the only ones there. So the excuse of “short” staff can’t justify. The lady seemed to be the only sensible worker there, showing she was at least trying while the OTHER two men showed no interest in being there at all. If you’re a lazy worker, itll get you nowhere but the same dead end jobs. Please do better. Tired of these new establishments hiring lazy workers and corporate does nothing about this. Love chipotle but this place is not going far at this trajectory. DO SOMETHING AND HIRE A STERN SENSIBLE MANAGER TO RUN THIS PLACE!

They are ALWAYS out of SOMETHING. Whether it’s chips, guacamole, fajita veggies, proper utensils or containers etc or multiple things at once. You can count on them being out of something you’d expect at any chipotle. And there’s never back up on the way. It’s typically once it’s gone, they then tell the kitchen staff to begin prepping what’s missing. So you’ll have to wait about 10 minutes.. The staff is lazy and has a nasty attitude. You’d think they’d have caught a rhythm after several months being open. I was excited and thought this would be a great addition to the area. Wrong. There’s a reason that after less than 9 months being open, they’re already at 2.5 stars.

Placed my order at 8:30 pm to be picked up at 9:10 pm. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes. It was not busy and there were 3 people working inside. Even though the location is closer to my place, I won’t come back to this location. I recommend going to a location where your time is respected.

Ridiculously slow service. On 8/19/23 we waited for 20 min in a short line. Tonight, 8/21/23, prospective diners were leaving the long line and finding food elsewhere. After we waited for about 10 min, we had a peek into the vegetable tray to find it empty. So… if we had stayed until they decided to serve us, there wouldn’t have been any vegetables to fill our order. This is clearly a management problem. It’s dirty there. More employees are needed, training, supervision, and well timed food prep. The drive thru line orders share the same food inventory as the in-line customers. This is a big problem if you only have one ill-trained person in front and a line of customers waiting.

I went in to order the quesadillas. The cook told me, order from the app. In which I don’t have and the store was empty. Rude guy he was, of he didn’t wanna work, he should’ve stayed home. Poor customer service and just handle my food any kind of way. Food wasn’t even that good!!

Easily the worst chipotle I ever eaten at. I live 5 minutes from this location and have been here multiple times and today will be the last time I step foot inside this location. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go inside this location they are out of multiple ingredients! Without fail! One day it’s burritos! The next day it’s cheese! Today they are out of brown rice and fajita peppers and it’s only 5pm!!! This is all on the restaurant manager! Get your business in order!

My initial experience at this Nashville location was far from impressive. This recently opened establishment must claims to embody the Hip-Hop essence of “Let’s get this Money$,” as it falls short in a laughably absurd way. To put it simply, customers were walking in every 2-3 minutes or so to patronize the business, however, there was a complete lack of regular maintenance checks. The work table was dirty, with food spilled over the serving area and guest tables left unclean. The condiments area was both dirty and disorganized, and the floors and trash appeared neglected. Despite having at least four staff members behind the counter and a business half filled with sitting guests, not a single person took the initiative to attend to guest relations (i.e., cleaning). Ladies and gentlemen, this level of neglect is utterly unacceptable for this location.
