Ordered on app. Was supposed to pick up at 8:30pm. App informs me that they are running behind. 20 mins later no change so I go inside. My order has been sitting on the counter getting cold the whole time apparently. Nobody updated the app and nobody so much as offered an apology. App still says my order is in progress. This place is horrible. We ordered three meals and 2 meals were horribly wrongs. One was a burrito and ended up being a bowl and one was a double chicken bowl and the meat was nonexistent. Don’t bother calling you won’t get a human. They don’t care their phone system is an answering machine where they say the employees are too busy to answer you. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! So today I ordered a full vegetable Bowl from this store through Uber what they gave me was a half a bowl of mess the rice was undercooked literally it was crunchy there was some weird juice on it I don’t know what it was there was no fajita vegetables and it was lukewarm. I ordered the queso chips and dip there was not even a half a bag of chips and no queso inside we eat from Chipotle all the time we order all the time from different wines depending on where we’re at this is the absolute worst I’ve ever seen I would not suggest anybody visit this store ever

I have never written a less than five-star review, but the last three times I’ve come to this Chipotle location I’ve been disappointed. Most of the employees are very rude. No smiles, attentiveness, or care is shown. They make you feel rushed, and like you’re a bother the entire time you’re ordering. They also scoop the ingredients so aggressively fast that the portions are way below what they’re supposed to be. I hope to see this location improve their quality of service, attention to detail, and level of care they show to their customers. 🙁

they just had a stank face on the entire time they served us. we asked for 3 bowls she kept trying to push us for 4 bowls eventhough we said 3. Then she barely gave us any food and when we asked for more she made a face once again and continued to make faces the whole time. The vibes were so off and it felt like she didn’t want us there. absolute rude service. would not come here again

Ordered a single taco since I wasn’t going for a big lunch during a work day, ordered a few sides and a larger shell to accompany it. Unfortunately my taco didn’t have next to any meat in it and so was left having a vegetarian option meal. Rice was undercooked and hard, everything was cold. Pretty bummed since I normally thoroughly enjoy Chipotle, guess it’s a bad idea to put in a pickup order.

This is by far the most dirtiest chipotle I have ever been to in my life. And this is coming from a firm chipotle eater. I would have expected more from the Brentwood side of town but this store is completely nasty. Every single table and seat in the restaurant was filled with food particles

I usually always have a great experience at this Chipotle. They are very rarely out of items (only when it’s close to closing time have I experienced them being out of certain items), and the food tastes and looks fresh majority of the time. I live closer to another Chipotle, but will go out of my way to come to this location.

I love Chipotle but I have given up on this location. The staff is rude and I have even seen the manager be rude to multiple customers. It’s almost like this branch operates by its own rules and doesn’t follow corporate guidelines. I have given them the benefit of the doubt many times, but I have finally given up.
