I tried the new Al Pastor bowl, and it was too good. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The first time I had a burrito bowl when this location opened was not so great. I understand all the bad reviews and experiences shared here, but I will give this location a couple more months to pick up with the pace of other stores.

This location has gotten my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today I got white rice instead of brown. When I popped the lid off I saw a tiny spider crawling around my food. (Pictured) the label literally lists off the ingredients, yet somehow they can never get my order right. Wil be staying away from this location for good now.

Nothing good I can say about this location. Went twice over the past month. First time, the service was terrible. Staff was rude and it felt like I was inconveniencing them while ordering. The chips were stale and the food was honestly not on par with what I expect of Chipotle.

Terrible service. First time at this place and the last. What a shame since this is a brand new store in a booming area 5 minutes from my house. 6 people working, I waiting 8 minutes for someone to acknowledge me for a drink. Everyone was working with their heads down ignoring the people right in front of them. Poor customer service. Poor communication. No one smiles. No one happy. They care more about getting their side work down than bring attentive to the people inside. Clearly run by kids with no work ethic. Chips stale because they were bagged up for hours. Bathrooms were clean.

I, like others, was excited to have a Chipotle near my office. Sadly, as usual, the food is good but there must be a lack of management across the board. My order was late and as you can see from the photo, lacking much substance for the money. I find most of these franchises to be dirty and the amount of food varies from location to location depending on training. Today, in a brand new location I saw a dirty kitchen and food/gloves on the floor with trash cans overflowing. There should be consistency with any franchise. Again, management needs to be addressed from the parent corporation of each location. Clean tables, food variation, etc must be uniform to continue the brand loyalty. Just my opinion but I won’t be going back to this particular place.

We’ve given this location so many chances. Every single time there are major errors to the orders, staff attitudes, long wait times, and multiple ingredients/menu items out of stock. We love Chipotle, but this is repeatedly the worst location we’ve experienced.

So excited to have a chipotle closer to the house but what a terrible experience! The store is basically empty, not busy at all and they refuse to brew more tea when asked (all teas are empty and fruit teas are low). Tables dirty and trash overflowing. Employees texting. Apparently no manager at this location. Yikes Chipotle!
