The women’s bathroom was shut down. And they had turned the men’s bathroom into a unisex bathroom without cleaning it. It was disgusting and the only one available. The bowl was good except for the steak was pretty fatty.

This is by far the worst Chipotle in America and unfortunately the closest Chipotle to where I live. I’ve been here way too many times. Shame on me for going back think my experience will be better. It’s always dirty, the trash cans are always overflowed, the bathroom is filthy, the food preparation surfaces are a mess. They’re always out of ingredients. The staff is incompetent, uncaring, and too busy listening to their ear pods to be bothered. If you order online there is a 100% chance it will be wrong. DO NOT GO HERE. It’s not worth it. You’re better off going to the Petsmart and eating a can of dog food.

This location has disappointing me several times. Either the order is wrong, my chips are stale, The wait is terribly long. I get my food way past the pick up time, or the customer service was horrible. Today when I visited the ladies restroom there was absolutely no tissue nor paper towels at my disposal. Also, the toilet was absolutely filthy! The trash cans were completely full and the self service area was a mess! They clearly do not care about how this establishment is ran.

Only giving 2 stars because I am a former general manager of a chipotle in nashville and I love the company. Otherwise would have been 1 star. My husband and I ordered two burritos, both supposed to be with guac, and received no guac. We paid an extra almost $10 for guac alone. And since we got delivery, we had no choice but to eat it without. I also got a birthday reward for chips and Queso, and the chips were chewy. They weren’t all the way done. I NEVER leave negative reviews, but this is the third time this location has messed up our order and I’m just now saying something because 3/3 orders were incorrect. I am still in the restaurant industry so I try to have compassion for situations like this. But it’s poor training and poor management that results in this type of service. If you guys were out of guac you can contact third party services so they can update their menu. I used to do it all the time while working for chipotle.

For the money you spend their food is not worth it and you pay extra for chips. The chips were bagged in advance and stale in other words chewy not crispy. We even had them get us another batch just to be sure and they were the same. Not worth the money. You can get better food for same price at a full service Mexican restaurant.

I have ordered from this location over 7 times and each time my disappoint increases. Today I opened up my chicken burrito to find not a single correct ingredient from my order inside the burrito. I understand mislabels but this is blatant laziness and stupidity. Go out of your way to a further location, this one should reconsider their hiring process.

The place was almost empty, and the few crew members were acting impatient. The place was clean-ish but yet trash was over flowing. The food was less than fair tasting really bland. Bowl of rice with little meat and even skimpy with the beans. I will not be back.

Ordered with the app, and pulled up to the window, I was ignored by the staff, they looked right at me and didn’t address that I was there, I waited about 10 mins, before pulling off and parked my car. Went inside to get my order and told the manager my issue, he didn’t seem to care and grabbed my order. Before I left, I checked my order, since this location does a horrible job of reading instructions. Went back to the counter the manager approaches me again and I let him know the order was incorrect, I’m not sure if he was hungry he was clearly overweight and hangry and starts digging through my bowl and looking as if I was making up the issue, I asked for a refund he tells me no. I left without my food and no refund. He said his name is Jorge which I’m sure it was a lie, but Jorge if you read this just know McDonald’s is hiring bro, they feed you so won’t be hangry and take your issues out on paying customers.
