Well I thought I would be letting yawl have it by leaving a bad review. Not necessary. What I will point out is two things: Clean the F’ING glass over the food maybe once in a while. Second if someone is waiting and then someone else comes in, person A ask a question-they WANT FOOD DUH..love my drink for dinner

Disclaimer: Chipotle’s complaint process is internal meaning if you’re dissatisfied with a resolution provided to you by customer service there is no additional recourse available to you as the consumer. Customer service will pass your dissatisfaction along internally and end of story. No case number, no confirmation email you submitted a complaint, nada. So pay attention to the poor reviews you see customers take the time and effort to post. They’ve most likely tried other avenues and been unsuccessful.

I’ve never experienced worst service in my entire life at a restaurant. I ordered online and got a bowl and chips. I was charged for the chips but did not receive them at checkout. They said they would refund me when they closed. I then went into my car and opened the bowl and it was already eaten. I went back to show them the bowl and requested for it to be made. The woman working said sure and then continued to make other orders in front of me and then went on her phone and left. She then called her manager who said she’s not responsible for what happened to my bowl after I left the store and that they would not refund me or remake my order. A kind man working heard me and remade me bowl. I will never be coming back again.

The worst Chipotle outlet I have visited ever. The staff was very rude and not even ready to hear out my order. He just added whatever he liked into the bowl. The portion size was also small.

I’m not a frequent Chipotle eater, but I had to come on and leave a shoutout to Orlando who is the manager of this location. Last week I arrived to pick up a catering order for a work event that somehow had not gone through in their system. Cue instant panic as I had over a dozen hungry coworkers waiting for dinner! But I needn’t have worried because Orlando and Debbie sprang into action assembling a full array of to-go containers for me, and helped me figure out how much I would need and what items I should choose. They packed everything up in a catering box, including bowls and cutlery, and had me on my way back to my event within 15 mins. Not to mention the fact that they charged me what I felt to be a very reasonable price for such a last minute affair. Truly lifesaving, and they couldn’t have been kinder about the whole ordeal. I’ll certainly return to this location in the future to support this great staff! Thank you again Orlando!

I found the staff to be rude and unapologetic when it came to the portion of my protein. When I asked for a “normal serving” the line worker snapped from two people down without even looking at my burrito and said “charge him double”. After I paid the cashier crumbled up my receipt and when I asked for it she said “I don’t know which one is yours”. Obviously they knew they were acting in a bad manner and didn’t want anyone having the survey. Bad experience overall.

Worst of all chipotle! Very worst service and the guy in the service today around 7 pm is not even listening to what im saying. He did everything based on his intentions and forced me to buy that as well. At the end after i refused to buy what he packed, other girl packed some of my food in 4 4oz cups. Ridiculous service! Will never visit again and wont recommend to anyone else!
