I placed a pick up order and found that they only put rice and beans in the bowl when i ordered all the toppings. Half the rice was uncooked. Definitely not worth $8. When i tried to call, they hung up immediately. Will not be going to this location again.

How this chipotle is open still is beyond me!! Being a business owner myself I have never received such horrible customer service and unfriendliness. The staff was just sitting around playing a game one rude gentlemen finally got up after five mins of standing there just staring at them all hangout. He got up said just so u know we only have one item for sale no sides or extras available and it was mid evening. Unwilling to just even open up some lettuce for the one meat they did have considering they had no rice no beans no veggies no salsa cheese guacamole pretty much anything not even a bag of chips!!!! I hope I do receive a response from somewhere who cares about this failing establishment.

The most disgusting Chipotle in Nashville, TN. See images for proof. They took over 30 minutes to get our order ready and they weren’t even busy on a Friday evening. Filthy stay away and health inspection needs to shut down place. Coach roaches on the floor. See pic for reference.

I ordered a salad. This came with NO lettuce. They were not out of lettuce. And this is what the bowl looked like. Half full. Crazy sad.

Easily the worst Chipotle in Nashville. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It’s a running joke in my house that Chipotle will never have meat in stock, and 9 times out of 10 it’s true. I’ve placed multiple online orders that were never fulfilled because they didn’t have half the ingredients. The employees didn’t seemed trained well enough to handle this issue, because I was unable to obtain a refund for any of these. I’ve had to wait up to two hours for my online order to be completed. Managers seem to be no help, as I’ve watched multiple new employees struggle to handle the dinner rush while they sit in the back. Disappointing because I used to love Chipotle. Now that Canes is open next door, they’ll be getting all my business.

I was actually in to pick up an online order and they were waiting on more food for front. 2 employees were doing nothing and the tables were filthy (a cigarette butt sitting on a table, someone’s personal huge bowl of food sitting on a table, drink spilled in tables) and front area near cash register was also dirty. They did not try to clean while they were waiting. Customers came in and were waiting to be helped and the cashier walked away to get herself a drink. A manager needs to be on duty at all times, one who can maintain food safety, cleanliness, and professionalism

Everything on the bar looked dry and nasty. It looked as if it had been sitting out for three days. Crazy considering I went at noon on a Sunday. I ordered a kids quesadilla meal for my daughter and the worker charge me for an adult build your own because I asked for her chicken on the side. The workers had attitude and the food was nasty. By far the worst chipotle I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Won’t be back. Horrible food, horrible service, horrible experience.

Hey White Bridge Rd. Chipotle, take my picture. . .because that’s the last you’ll see of me. Officially had it with this location. Our family loves Chipotle and we visit there many times a month for family meals on the go and after late night sports, church, and school activities. More often than not, when we arrive, the employees have shut down the dining room and ordering line and make customer go outside and place orders via mobile app. We are then disallowed from dining in with our food. Today, I attempted to place a mobile order for lunch and had issues with the app. When I drove to the location, the employees had just taped up a sign that said “we are closed” and several employees were sitting at outdoor dining tables eating food, drinking, and playing on their phones with their feet up. This has to be the absolute worse Chipotle location in the history of Chipotle. Strictly going to Moe’s from now on.

I came in to pick up an order for a co-worker. I asked for the order and they didn’t have it which wasn’t a big deal to me. But, the staff kept telling me I was in the wrong store and treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I called my co-worker and she had forgot to place the order… again, not the staff’s fault so I said, “she forgot to place the order” and proceeded to order. The lady making the order huffed, puffed and rolled her eyes the entire time. When I got to the end I said, “I need a coke with that.” Granted, I could have said it louder. When she rang me up and I went to pay they started arguing with me about the total saying, “well you ordered this and this on the side so we had to charge you” which was an odd interaction because I didn’t complain or even mention the price at all. I simply said, “it’s fine. It’s fine.” After I paid I asked where the coke was and the lady ringing me up aggressively told me I did not tell her I wanted a coke and that I would have to pay for it… and again, I made no big deal out of it. And again I said, “it’s fine. It’s fine.”
