Was charged for chips (online order), got to the restaurant, and was then told by the employee who CLEARLY did not want to be there (no eye contact even made and super exasperated and sassy), “We are out of chips”, and half heartedly handed my bag. I was still charged for the chips and side of corn salsa though! I ordered my bowl with steak, white rice, black beans, extra corn salsa, and extra cheese. As the picture shows, I was given only steak, rice, and a measly amount of cheese. The date is October 16, 2022, the time was 9:05 of order, these employees should be fired. Truly an embarrassment. I also got no side of corn salsa either, so literally got only three of the things I ordered. Simply in disbelief, and will be going to the other location, I don’t care about the distance, it will be worth it for better treatment than I was given tonight!

I’ve never had such terrible customer service before in my life. The ladies at the front are beyond rude. They expect a tip for their incredibly unprofessional service. I actually had put money in the tip jar, the lady ringing me up didn’t see, and asked me “are you going to tip me?” One of the co-workers on the line stepped in and told her I had put some money in there. WOW!!!! If they were actually pleasant I would feel inclined to tip; however, I was more like bullied into tipping. There is one young man who works there who is always nice. Management needs to take a closer look at how their employees are treating their guests. I see this is not the first complaint about service either…

This Chipotle gets quite busy at lunch. The food is fairly consistent and there is adequate seating. There is a small outside seating area with tables. The location also does a good amount of takeout business for mobile orders.

I ordered on the app for pick up, when I picked up and got back to work. I open up my burrito bowl and I was incorrectly made. I ask for no beans and double chicken and I got barely any chicken and tons of beans.

My order (I chose to order online but could’ve walked in to order) was ready when I arrived, and it was given to me by a lovely woman who smiled and said thank you. My order was correct and hot. Often they have run out of some ingredient or another, but tonight I got everything I asked for. An overall terrific experience.

I forgot to get his name but he thought he was going to give me a bowl with half rice and half protein, so when I asked for extra he caught an attitude and kept informing me it was going to be extra. I never went to a chipotle where I asked for a bowl and it was half way filled on one side. Never again!
