This is how much meat they want to give… 3 bites. Its the wrong ratio… I pointed out it wasn’t enough and she wanted to charge extra. I recently tried to Dos Bros in Cleveland and they gave 3 times the barbacoa in their bowls, for cheaper… so you are someone who needs protein its better there. Happy I finally found a replacement cause this restaurant chain really disappoints half the time

I showed up with about 25 middle schoolers with little warning (their phone system makes it almost impossible to speak to a human who is actually in the store.) and the crew that was working had ALL of them taken care of within 30 minutes. Fantastic, friendly service and my students loved it!

Ate there once before today a while ago and it was good. Ordered take out tonight (which I normally do at Chipotle) and mostly everything is wrong. Ordered extra white rice, black beans, chicken, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce with a side of chips and guacamole. Absolutely did not get extra rice, got no cheese at all, and no chips in the to go bag. Did not realize till I got home. Paid for all of that and used 1,600+ of my points for a free entree and it’s not even right. Frustrating when you spend your money on things and get your hopes up then nothing turns out right. I understand people get stressed and are rushed, but every order is important and should be treated as such. Very disappointing.
