Very dirty dining area. Staff seemed resigned to it since they said they’d do it when they had time. Cleanliness should be all the time in a restaurant. Will not eat here again.

Not very good. Got a stomach ache after eating here and IMO Moes is better. CHIPOTLES has a very small menu and expensive for what you get. The cheese cost is absolutely to the roof. We spent 12 in cheese just for a little bit on our bowls and a small side bowl of cheese. We didn’t realize it would be that much or wouldn’t have purchased it. Definitely not going back there, not impressed at all. Spend your money on hot Mexican food or go to Moe’s. Spent 30 some for two people.

First off, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is extremely clean. But out of the burrito/Tex mex chains, this one is my least favorite in terms of quality of food and product. I got the chicken burrito with queso and a small drink. My total was $14.xx. Almost $15 and I didn’t get chips because it would be an additional almost $2. Charging extra for chips loses all respect for me lol. The food was dry, granted I was the second customer through the door today at 10:47. I would think it would all be fresh. But I can look at the tops of all the open containers and you can tell it was all prepped the day before. Had the dry, open air look. My favorite place in the burrito chain of restaurants, is Barberitos. Not only is it cheaper, but they have way way WAY more varieties and options, a salsa bar, additional condiments, even several different ranch dressings, and FREE chips, they even have cookies! I had a good experience thanks to the staff but it does NOT compare to Barberitos. I

I loved this Chipotle. It by far is the nicest Chipotle I have eaten at amongst the states I have traveled through. The portions were great and they had my favorite drink, Nantucket Peach Orange. I would recommend it if you go there.

Terrible first impression of a Chipotle. I have never seen a new restaurant go downhill so quickly. We ordered 2 meals. The bowl tasted OK, but we had to throw half the burrito away because the Guac seemed old and had a fermented smell. The portion sizes are smaller than Barberito’s and Moe’s. An extra charge for chips was a surprise. Every table in the dining room was dirty and still had some used plates scattered around. There was water in the floor, and I placed a wet floor sign so nobody would fall. The spill was still there 30 mins later. The bathrooms were nasty. The toilet was full of an explosion, toilet paper rolls empty, tampon box overflowing into the floor, the sink wouldn’t turn on. The ice machine is already broke. The fountain drinks are flat. Did the Coke person not calibrate the machine before you opened, or did the Co2 person skip your delivery? I hope you guys can turn it around, but we won’t be back unless it improves.

I’ve never been to a Chipotle before. We go in and immediately we notice the tables aren’t clean. It’s 730 on a Friday. I’ve worked in food service I know sometimes lobby cleaning can get away from you. We order our food get around to finding seating and it’s dirtier than I We thought. I had to use napkins and water from the fountain drink and clean our table. The food was awful down right the worst I’ve ever had anywhere. The chips tasted like a bag wad left open in your pantry for a week. Stale as can be. My daughter got a chicken bowl and didn’t eat 1/4th of it because the chicken taste burnt. I tried it it was! I got a steak burrito all I could taste was lime. It was drowned in it. Idk but since eating there I’ve had non stop stomach issues now about 230am and I think I’ve got food poisoning. Health department needs to be notified asap. Will call in the morning if I’m not puking my guts up.

I had never been to Chipotle before today. I have to say that it was a good experience. The guy behind the counter was training new hires but he was super friendly and informative since it was our first time there. The food was great I ate almost all of mine.

Fresh and flavorful food, YAY. As much as I prefer to support and eat local, ever thankful to find Mexican other than Taco Bell that is flavorful!

So upset. We are on our way home from a 12 hour road trip and my husband surprised me with chipotle for diner bc he knows it’s my favorite thing. Unfortunately, the employees were extremely rude and they were “out of” a lot of the add ins and protein but I saw them serving it to the drive thru. I also got a large bag of chips that was completely stale and when I asked for a different bag, he rolled his eyes and smirked as he handed me the bag. I’m not happy at all.

We wanted to try something different. The restaurant was filthy, sticky stuff on the floors, trash and old food on the tables. The trash can was overflowing. Waaayyy over priced. The chips was stale. Went to get my soft drink and it was water. My stepson wouldn’t sit down at the tables- it was that nasty. The food was bland and didn’t taste great…we all threw our food and drinks in the trash and left. I will never be back. The food was awful, water came out of the soda machine, left over food on the tables and sticky stuff on floor. I definitely do not recommend!
