This chipotle is the worst! It’s always an issues when I order pickup/ DoorDash. I hate that they are the only location on DoorDash bc at this point, it’s the only ready I even try. Last time, they completely disregarded what I asked for in my bowl. If they were out of something, they should have told me. This time, I ask for guac and they leave half the avocado unmashed! Please somebody send help to this location.

This was my first time trying Chipotle and I can truly say it is also my last time. I definitely would not recommend!!!! The store was not clean, the customer service was horrible. They were out of lettuce, guacamole, red chili salsa, & honey vinaigrette. So the only thing they had was meat, sour cream & rice…, Really!!! Because it was a little after 9pm me & my family didn’t eat before Bible study so we decided to stop there on the way home.. Never again‼️

I online ordered from here yesterday (7-14-23) and ordered a super green salad with Al Pastor chicken (which I was super looking forward too.) But lo and behold! No chicken. They got my Sons and husbands Orders great. But how do you make a salad and forget the protein? That’s goody they needy to pay more attention.

The service was amazing all the staff members were so nice. Everyone greeted me and had a smile on they face. I thanked them for their service and asked if it a new team or new management. Because last time i went , it was a while ago. The staff was rude to me. And the service was horrible. Im just glad they changed and is much better now.
