This is one of the nastiest Chipotle in the city. Seriously, why do you let kids ruin your store? The food got 2 stars because it didn’t make me sick, but everything else deserves less than what they got. It could be better if the customer service improves. Some little boy fixed my husband’s bowl and walked away like I wasn’t even there. The cashier had to come from the register to fix my bowl. Yikes.

EVERYTIME I go In food is good. Whenever I order Thru door dash I NEVER get my extras! I NEVER get the double meat I pay For! If I pay For double steak and chicken that’s what I WANT ! Not a half spoonful of each! I can tell the difference!

Came in at 10:47 Aug 28, and they were already closing and claimed the quesadilla machine is down and need to be fixed, bad liars lol but didn’t wanna argue. Horrible service. Didn’t even offer a bowl or burrito either even though it was 13 mins before closings time. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.

This Chipotle is one of my favorites, and not just because of the convenient location. It’s right next to Starbucks on Summer Ave. so no need to go far if you want some coffee or specialty drink with your meal. The food is always fresh and tasty, the staff is friendly and the service is super quick. If you’re in the area and craving something filling and fast, check them out.

Normally i always order from this chipotle and never had a problem to now. Whoever new they got at the drive lane literally gave me the wrong order even when its on the bag. And she asked me whats my name and still got it wrong!! Highly allergic to sour cream so i have to throw the whole meal away and starve!! If i was you i’ll fire her or make her cook. she looked like she didn’t want to be there anyway

I am so fed up with this Chipotle. They have messed up our order EVERY TIME since we moved to Memphis a year ago. They have serious quality control issues. I can’t believe that management hasn’t made any efforts to fix this problem. We have complained on numerous occasions. If my kids didn’t like the food so much, we wouldn’t return.

I love going go this Chipotle. I stay a little far from it but it’s worth the drive everytime. The workers are always nice. And the food is great. I don’t know if Tristen is a manager or not but she sure needs to be. Always polite and helpful. My whole family loves her. We love to see her and will be coming here for many years to come.
