So we did not eat here because the place was dirty, all the tables were gross, and the glass that protects the food was on another level nasty. The bathroom is the telling of a clean establishment, and it was in need of a good scrubbing. I love Chipotle, but I will drive the 5 miles down the road to eat at the other location.

Even when this place is totally empty, which it usually is, they will stand up there and totally ignore you. Or they will give you a really ugly glare and then walk away. Literally both times I went in there I literally stood there 15 minutes and never got acknowledged one time. I say give them about one more year and they’ll be closed. Good riddance, maybe the next place that opens up there will have a better quality of people and customer service.

While I was in line I watched one of the workers cleaning out the catch beneath the food. She then picked up her rag and went over the rice and I saw stuff fall off the rag and into the rice, which was then served to the customer next in line. She was also handling the food containers and cleaning with no gloves on. Probably the most unsanitary thing I’ve ever seen at a chipotle. Will not eat here again.

The food at this location use to be great. The food had absolutely no flavor. I believe it’s the rice. The rice was overcooked and had clumps in it. I also noticed that there is a staff change from the previous staff. I will not be coming back to this location again.

I like Chipotle. Last time I went the floors were trashed out. The people had dirty clothes on. . . . Gross. I felt like the staff had a “guacamole and sour cream fight” in the kitchen then they ran out to serve the customers shortly afterwards. What’s up with that? Anyhow… The food was good and the staff was nice. So “guac on!”

The rice was definitely undercooked it was hard and when we told them the rice wasn’t cooked all the way their response was “it’s supposed to be like that” the guacamole had a half a avocado in it and they didn’t have a bottle opener for the coke.

I recently moved here from Cali….. VERY accustomed to Chipotle. This location is the worse. They are rude, unclean and very unprofessional. I frequent this location because it’s close to my home. The bathrooms are atrocious, the lobby is never clean, the staff are filled wit attitude as if its an inconvenience to ask for an order. The food preparation is sloppy and onsite mgt is a direct reflection of the problematic staff! This location need a revamp ASAP
