They posted a sign on their door that requires you to read the fine print in order to figure out that they’re not excepting anything but exact change or credit cards. 30 minutes into being in the store I finally reached the register and these guys are jerks. I love chipotle but I will never return to the store and I suggest anyone reading this review follow my lead.

Food was great (as usual) and loved the outdoor seating this location had to offer. Unfortunately for me the service is the most important part of any business and the young lady (Anna) working the register was incredibly rude. I just asked a question about the “need for ID” and the inability to use my chip card. I think she’s misinformed on the companies policies or this location doesn’t understand their merchant responsibilities.

I love Chipotle! Their food is always fresh and has so much flavor. Sometimes I get a burrito , which is usually HUGE, and other times I get a salad . I normally get chicken for my protein. My mom loves getting the carnita tacos . They have several different protein choices, so I think anyone can find something to eat here. And sometimes I like to eat vegetarian and you can totally do that here as well. We normally get guacamole as well. I don’t know why all other Mexican places make guacamole WITHOUT SALT! You cannot make guacamole without salting it. It has absolutely no flavor without salt. Thank goodness one restaurant finally understands this concept!!!

Tricky pricing. Prices in small font on Menu above food line. Assuming you will order a chicken bowl for roughly 9 bucks for 2 plus chips, it was $37.00!! Drilled down, we chose chicken, beans, guacamole, lettuce, cheese, and caso Blanca. On study, the Avacado, white cheese sauce were extra charges, all side by side in serving line. Also ordered chips with white cheese sauce. So ~2.70 x2 guacamole, white cheese sauce 1.70×2, and chips with sauce 3.70, one Sprite. So Mexican bowls for 2, with dips by choice with no explanation of pricing, 15.00 each!!! Won’t go back. Paper napkins smelled musty, had to check for mold.
