It’s hit or miss depending on day and staff. Sometimes it’s really great other times blah. On this day, my tacos were wrapped in foil and put in bag not the bowl. This makes for a messy meal.

Returned after being told new mgr was going to get this place back on track….It was and still is absolutely disgusting! Caked on grease all over the glass, stale meats…out of rice, lettuce, cheese, guac and was given attitude when I asked for a napkin because nothing was stocked. South Depot on the square has much cleaner facilities and nicer employees for a better price.

This was my first time at a Chipotle. this store was filthy there was food all over the floor on the tables used utensils on the tables tied up trash bags left out in the dining room the drink machine was not filled and it was filthy. the girl at the counter was nice but all the employees were really loud having a conversation in the kitchen not paying any attention to the store they were not talking about work-related stuff. Overall it was not a good experience for my first time I do not think I will be back because the food was not that good for that type of environment.

Wish I could give negative stars, this place is BAD! Terrible service. The employees (college kids) couldn’t care less about providing any kind of service beyond rolling their eyes at you and shoveling food onto your plate with vitriol as if they’re prisoners in a forced labor gulag. Where the heck is the management? This place is also a major food safety health risk with food cross contamination, counter tops covered in old food that falls into the open food bins. This place needs a health code inspection desperately, for public safety. Never again. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. The other reviews seem to say the same thing.

Horrible service and lazy employees who just want a check but not to do their job! This is my second pick up order I placed online and again the foods was awful and items were missing. over $30 wasted!!! I just to place a new order inside the place they told me no cash only cards. Good thing i left since that latin guy was spitting in people’s bowls. People just go to taco bell is better food and service. I also reporting the staff to headquarters.

I go to order a quesadilla and they tell me I can only order it online so I had to get out of line to place the order on the app to get it and then a black lady two people behind me tries to order the same thing they tell her to do it online. She says she don’t wanna so they let her order hers at the counter, as I’m sitting there, placing my order online. This is ridiculous.
