First I have to say the ladies at the drive thru were great. The cooks not so much. I ordered the Keithadilla and it’s supposed to be a steak, cheese and fajita veggies. All I got was meat and cheese. I was so disappointed and the steak wasn’t even seasoned. It got ate because I was hungry. They also don’t have refreshers at this location . I don’t know why I thought they would get it right but I should have known.

I ordered catering to use as meal prep. It definitely wasn’t a money saver but somewhat of a time saver. I ordered double meat, which I don’t recommend. I ordered chicken and babacoa and received 20oz of chicken but only 10oz of barbacoa. Do not choose fajita peppers or cheese as your topping in catering. I watched a man make SEVERAL bowls while I waited for my food, and he put more toppings of fajita peppers and cheese on one person than I received for 10 people! They give you more rice and pico than anything else. If you decide to do it and get double meat, get the same kind because you will get more of the cheaper meat if not. Don’t waste your time getting fajita peppers, cheese, or sour cream because it won’t be enough for 10 people. The white queso does not taste good, but I do like the tortilla chips and guacamole. I sometimes like this place on an individual basis but wouldn’t recommend it for catering.

We visited this Chipotle for dinner around 8 and had a good experience. The staff was patient while we ordered, and the food was good. All of the options were available. The garlic steak is a tasty new option.

AWEFUL!!!!! The score is really zero in all areas. The worst location I ever been to. First, the long line. One person was the main one preparing the food while there were 5 other people behind him. When I asked for roasted vegetables, I was told that they did not have any more. After I insisted several times, the employee ask someone and discovered they had more. They put my lettuce in a container with parts of it hanging out. They tried to overcharge me by $10. These are the highpoint. points.

I purchased the chicken bowl and all I got was a pile of beans & rice, and a few scraps of chicken. They didn’t put all of the ingredients in it nor did I get my salsa and extra cheese that I purchased. However the service was very fast and swift and employees were nice .

Chipotle is my first choice for fast healthy food for the family but this was not our normal experience. Corporate needs to seriously look at the operation in this location. When we arrived a little before 9 there were already out of; hard shells, steak, pico, corn salsa, that I know of! It was so bad that I just got a refund because my kids were getting chicken, rice and cheese!?

Very very inconsistent with portions. Sometimes I’ll get so much I can get 3 meals out of it and sometimes they skimp so much I’m not even full when I’m done eating. My friend found a long grey hair in her food the other day. It’s good when it’s good but it’s bad when it’s bad. Guess it just depends on who’s working.

2nd really poor experience in one week. Unfortunately it was our roadtrip option. Way over cooked, mushy rice with wilted brown cilantro and way too much lime juice. Undercooked, unflavored pinto beans. Fajita veggies (red onions only) flavored with oregano?? Is that normal?? Chunks of avocado instead of flavored guacamole. Overall a really flavorless, mushy bowl. Not expected Chipotle standard of quality.

Always check your food if you pickup in drive through and NEVER order through a delivery service . They didn’t add beans, extra rice, and gave me a teaspoon of guac. I was able to slide all ingredients to one side and saw the bottom of the bowl.
