i never post restaurant reviews, but damn…. just do yourselves a favor & avoid going here. the staff is rude & under-trained and they are ALWAYS out of key ingredients. today, my steak was all fat & a skimpy portion at that. chipotle is my favorite “fast food” but i won’t waste my time at this location any more.

This is how my bowl was delivered through Uber eats. Looks like someone’s literal leftovers. Worst money spent on food since Chuck E Cheeses. Last time I trust this restaurant to deliver anything other than disappointment.

Upsetting they only had rice, beans, meat & cheese out.. literally nothing else, asked for double protein.. I’ve noticed they really skimp out on the portions especially if you order online. I know they have the other toppings in the back & are too lazy to bring it to the front or trying to “save” but I’m not even getting what I’m paying for. I think all Chipotle’s, especially this one, should have an exact portion measuring cup instead of the spoons to dish out servings. I came in & ordered this to go.

Like the previous commenter, I never post reviews, however I felt compelled tonight. I was charged $20 for a steak burrito, chips and guac. I received my order via pickup, there was no steak in my burrito, small portions of veggies, and no guacamole. Only chips in the bag. Upon return to the store, explained my situation, and they handed me a tiny plastic cup of steak, apologized and said they were out of Guac (so why charge me?). I asked them to make me a new burrito, as I felt it ridiculous to unwrap and make a new burrito that was already half eaten (what?!). Then they say they’re out of tortillas (they seem to always be out of everything). They made a bowl, wouldn’t refund me my guac and said I had to call the store to get a refund, although the manager heard me pleading my case. I called the store and no one answers, no voicemail. Welcome to Chipotle customer service.

Absolutely horrible service. Girl barely put chicken on my bowls then charged me for extra when I told her that it wasn’t enough. I have given this location a fair chance and been at least 5 times. They are ALWAYS out of something. Today I got my food at 7 and they were already out of vinaigrette..

Y’all I usually would never have the time to write a review, and I’m very lenient. But there are definitely better chipotle’s in Lexington. Every other chipotle has been fine, except this one. Ordered a bowl, in person, and it’s barely halfway filled. Not only that, but then the price for a regular chicken bowl was higher than at any other location. Like girl, be for real. Paying more for less? Also, the time was maybe 8:30 and they were already done cleaning & no longer using the stoves… Now I know dang well they don’t close til 10. Poor location, will give the staff benefit of the doubt and believe they are undertrained.

I normally LOVE chipotle! But man, this time they added a cup of sour cream to my bowl. It was very unpleasant to eat. However, thankfully they re-made my order. No sour cream, thank you! The staff was overall courteous.

The first thing I noticed this past Sunday evening as soon as I walked in was 8 people in line and ONE person behind the counter putting together the orders… REALLY ??? It was about 20 minutes before I was able to order. Then, I ordered a “large” side of chips and guacamole and I was stunned to see the small size of the guacamole, which was in my estimation, about 6 ounces. I thought it was the small portion. So… I ended up with a bag of chips and a small cup of guac for about $8.
