I always have the worst experiences with this location, like rn I got a bowl but I got no rice, no guacamole, no plastic wear like how do you expect me to eat this literally?? There’s always stuff missing from my dmn order, like please do better because I ain’t paying my money to always have to complain about something. Walked in today to get my usual and the lady who was helping me I guess had a pretty off day working the line and gave me a very off putting attitude while making my bowl and gave me not a really good portion of every thing she was putting in my bowl half the bowl is empty and looks like an unhappy chipotle bow now I’m bummed because she was bummed.

So I’ve recently discovered Chipotle and love it! Except yesterday I went to the one connected to the mall! It was terrible! I ordered the 3 taco’s and decided to add a little bit of lettuce on it! Nope! It was covered around and top of it! I’m assuming they didn’t want you to see how old and dried out the chicken was! I thought it was suppose to be all fresh ingredients! I won’t be back to this one again!

Good food. Very short staffed. They actually put up a sign that they could not serve customers at 6:00pm due to staffing shortage. Food is good but the place was in dire need of cleaning.

The food is great, please train your staff well. several times they serve us the dishes with very little food ♀️ these last times no ingredient was missing “congratulations” before the avocado was always missing. One detail, on our last visit they had very very loud music, it’s nice to eat with music but I want to eat quietly, this seemed like a bar. His staff couldn’t even hear well what we were ordering in our dishes and of course, I couldn’t talk to my family without having to yell.

This was my first time ordering inside after years of ordering Chipotle on Doordash and let me just say that this is one of the cleanest looking restaurants I’ve ever seen both in the dining area and the kitchen (from what I can see). I have dietary restrictions that make finding good places to eat a challenge, so seeing how clean and organized they keep their serving trays was incredible. Chipotle was already one of my favorite places to grab lunch, and this visit only cements that status even further.

Horrendous service, and bad attitude!!! unwelcoming staff from the moment you set foot in the door. Managers are visibly rude to their staff. Food is OK but nobody wants to eat at a place where you feel unwelcome and treated with an attitude.
