By far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to (as a regular customer). Everything was so burnt, old, dried out – practically inedible. You could see more meat unattended on th3 grill being fn burned as well. Service was lackadaisical. Overall, pathetic.

Chipotle food is amazing. The woman handling my order on Dec. 17th wasn’t trying to refill the veggies. we had to ask again for the customer in front of me and the new garlic steak. I asked her for more steak because I wanted double she said wasn’t none coming out. I didn’t say anything she said you want double I said yes. I hope she has a better day. They weren’t wearing badge and was out of vinaigrette too. I went to the next one.

We had an absolutely awesome experience here today. The staff is wonderful, really care about the customers and customer service. The tables are cleaned regularly and the food is hot and fresh! They even take care of issues quickly. All out of Chicken Al Pastor….let me make more. The soda fountain is out of syrup, please have a bottled coke. They are best in class. Great job to the whole team. I’ll be back for sure.

Not a good location for Chipotle. They frequently have just one person preparing orders even when there are several employees in the kitchen area that appear to be under utilized. Meanwhile the line backs up past the door and I see people turning around and walking away (including myself on occasion). They are also frequently out of multiple ingredients. When this happens they get stingy with how much you are served. On my most recent visit, the only meat option available was chicken. No steak, barbacoa, or carnitas. They were almost out of chicken also so my serving is about half what it would normally be. They were also out of fajita vegetables and numerous other items such as chips (a staple). Avoid this one.

Consistently bad quality food and service, whoever is the GM here needs to be replaced. Order is always incorrect, issues such as stale chips or rice not cooked properly. Very dirty. Be sure to go to the location off Richmond Road instead, much better and actually clean.

The Plaudit Chipotle is hit and miss. I don’t think I will eat there anymore. I do the app ordering, but they never give me the drinks or sides I order. I ordered a quesadilla a couple days ago and in the picture below is what I received. It had one piece of steak. I may try for refund.

The worst Chipotle I’ve ever had. There was barely any food behind the counter when I arrived. 20 patrons behind me. I don’t know what was going on tonight. They completely ran out of queso and Pico which was odd. I finally get my burrito bite into it and it’s ice cold. The rice is cold. A very bizarre evening at Chipotle. Usually very consistent, but I just spent $10 on a cold burrito. I’m not happy. I would avoid this location.
