I ordered through uber eats and asked for a burrito with extra chicken and a bowl with extra chicken and the labels i got said as much. However, they sent me two bowls and regular chicken. They need to have their employees to actually read the orders before doing it.

Ordered carry out from this location. A quesadilla and a burrito. We wait the time and show up for our order, we arrive and the people tell us they’re out of tortillas and have made no food for us? How does chipotle run out of tortilla shells and not even call the customer to let them know!? And to top it off when we ask for our money back we get nothing but a phone number??? This is total bullish!t!! then we call for our 35$ refund and the recording just repeats!! Terrible customer service zero stars! Atleast give a courtesy call to let the customer know!! Especially if you have to call for a refund!

Place is ok as long as lady with the mask on doesn’t make your food .!!!! Barely puts any protein on bowls and rushes you through line . Employees making their own food bowls have plenty of protein in them !!!! Stay away when she is making your order !!!

Portions just keep getting smaller. $12 for a bowl that’s half full. Barely any rice, half a spoonful of chicken. Then waited to checkout for over 10 min. The one who made the pitiful bowl kept making orders while yelling “BELLA! BELLA!!” I assume Bella was the one suppose to be running the register but was missing in action.
