1pm on a Sunday was rough. Seating areas and drink station were a mess, line where they make the food as well . . . Bathroom was surprisingly in order, just not well lit. Took a good 20/25 minutes to get through the line and out the door . . . They seemed to be working hard . . . Maybe short staffed and new employees . . . Not sure. They were out of forks and the cashier handed me a fork with his hands on the part that would go in my mouth . . . He also placed his fingers in my cup . . . I asked for a different fork and rinsed out my cup. . . The bowl was great . . . Pricing is getting insane though.

I visit this location every so often when I’m in the area for work. This has to be the worst chipotle in the South Bend area. The food is always extremely salty. So much so it’s almost impossible to finish. It’s been this way for well over a year.

They had a line to the door & the employee’s were taking care of the customer’s as fast as they were coming in. I have to admit I told the young man that made my food..You all are keeping it in stride… I said I give you & your co- worker’s Kudo’s on a job well done. Food being kept fully prepped & making sure the customer’s were waited on & taken care of in a time managed way. Thank you. Glad I decided to stay & make my order… Food was great too.I WILL be back again.Along with sharing this review with Google.I WILL also tell my friend’s.
