Walked into the store. Stood there for about 10 minutes without anybody saying anything to me. The girl was cleaning the tables and a girl was putting away the to-go area. Nobody said anything to me or anything. So I asked if they were closed and they said no. Nobody still helped me. Like they were just completely rude. And so I looked at the girl and I said can somebody take my order and at that point I was just frustrated and I left. Treat your customers with some respect without us you don’t have a job

Food was good, dine in experience not so much, tables were very dirty, and it has been a while since it was cleaned, I used a wet napkin to make a spot for me and my daughter to eat, the trays as well didn’t look to be wiped off for a while either

Weirdest burrito I’ve ever had. Placed a mobile order for a veggie burrito with all of my usual toppings. Received rice, cheese, and sour cream wrapped in a tortilla that’s two times too big. Missing the guac, had maybe 15 individual black beans, and every other ingredient was skimpy.

Ordered delivery via app. Arrived with chips and guac missing. Bag just included a greasy piece of paper with a note that says out of guac and chips. No refund and no way to resolve except a free chips and guac with purchase of a future app order. Paid $26 for one chicken quesadilla.

Very disappointed with this chipotle. I had ordered veggie bowl and it was an online order for pickup. I specifically asked for extra fajitas. Luckily I was there when order was made. Any fajita you see on top was specifically asked by me after they complete my order with little to no fajita. Also guacamole was very old as you can see from picture that it is very dark. Very disappointed with their service.

Honestly one of the worst Chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. If you order online they’ll almost always forget something or not make it how you ordered it. If you happen to go in person they’ll tell you that they’re out of certain ingredients, toppings, etc. but are lying because they’re being lazy and don’t want to cook up another batch of rice or chicken. Came in to get my wife and I dinner and I was going to get 2 bowls when I get to the front of the line the worker tells me they don’t have half the stuff that they usually do. This was at 8:50pm-9pm but they don’t close until 11pm. What are you going to do for 2 whole hours if you can’t serve your customers? This place is run horrible from the top down and needs a change desperately.
