I show up at 9:40 when the website and door say they close at 10p just to get the “neck chop” hand movement that they won’t serve me and they were closed. Not that it makes a difference but my wife and I just had our baby across the street (first chance to get food all day). I expected more professionalism from an establishment like Chipotle

I ordered a bowl and asked them to keep the corn separately in a cup instead of the corn in the bowl. They charged me $1.50 extra for half a cup of corn. I understand if they charge me more if I added the corn in my bowl and asked extra corn in the side, which is not the case. Moreover, if you are charging the customer 1.50, at least fill the corn cup completely, see the picture for corn quantity.

I’ve ordered from here through Door Dash several times. My order has never been right. I kid you not my last order was a bowl with barbacoa, black beans, cheese, gauc, sour cream, mild salsa & corn salsa. Of the 7 ingredients it had 2. The bowl was basically empty. Lastly the lid wasn’t all the way on so the grease from the meat leaked through the paper bag, and onto my doormat where it was placed by the Dasher. I had to throw door mat away because my dog won’t stop licking it. Check out the pic of my bowl. This was taken upon arrival. I hadn’t eaten a bite!

Staff is rude. They hardly acknowledge the customers and spend most of their time loudly joking and messing around amongst themselves. The staff acts as if the customer is a hinderance to their good time or time spent on their phones. Perhaps if they paid more attention to their jobs the food would be cooked properly and customers wouldn’t get sick. On top of that store was a mess and they didn’t have many options prepared

Do not order for delivery. Twice now I have ordered delivery and received 1/2 or less of a regular portion. I figured the first time was a fluke but now I see that is just standard practice. See picture below. This is how the bowl arrived, I have not touched it besides taking the lid off.

My entire app order has been missing entire meal items and chips and queso multiple times. Have to contact support only to get free reward and them to mess it up again. Ordered chicken quesadilla, chips and queso and extra side of chips received a small tortilla with one piece of cheese no chicken. Did not receive either chips or queso.
