There was a vegetable sticker in my food. When I contacted the company for a refund of the bowl, they offered me a free drink. Mistakes happen, but to not be willing to make it right says a lot about the company. I can’t add a pic here and am unsure why, but it was clearly a sticker and I sent them the pic as well as proof of purchase.

The whole team was really struggling tonight. No urgency and the long faces were clear no one wanted to be there. I understand bad days and not feeling 100%, but this seemed like a systematic or morale issue. Food items were literally thrown into our bowls, little food was provided, the cashier was terse (to put it nice), and it took quite some time for very few people. We’ve experienced this a couple times now. Not sure we will return. Fortunately, what was redeeming was that it did taste good.

So the food tonight was very off! The chicken in my bowl was burnt, not to mention when I opened my bowl it looked like a train wreck! The chips were stale! We normally get great meals from there but tonight was not good at all! My husband even said his burrito was off and he never complains!!! Not gonna throw names out but I have 2 family mrr we movers who work at headquarters downtown!!!

Wow another chipotle another disappointment. I ordered a double steak bowl and picked it up in the drive through. Got home and surprise! There’s hardly any steak on it, in addition to the entire bowl being smaller than usual. I’m fed up with Chipotle messing up my orders CONSTANTLY. If I have a 50% chance of picking up what I actually paid for, then after a while, even with all the BOGO’s they give out to make up for their terrible service, it’s hardly even worth it anymore. Especially when it happens over and over and over. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE and you’ll have a better burrito bowl. I used to love chipotle too. Sad.

I went on 8/3 around 1pm and the staff was great. Chipotle needs to give those employees on that shift a raise. I’ve avoided chipotle from my many bad experiences at the stringtown location but decided to give this location a try. They had a long line but were very quick and polite. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve left a chipotle with a great experience and with excellent food. I’ll definitely be returning to this location.

HORRIBLE experience tonight. Ordered online for a drive thru pickup. Got there right at the time given. The only vehicle in line was the one at the window. We waited 10 minutes for what we can only assume was to make their order, they should have driven around and got back in line as there were at least 4 vehicles in line. By the time we got to the window, the blonde lady said “name?” And handed out food and shut the door immediately. No “thank you, sorry for the wait, come again…” Only the one word was uttered then the door closed immediately… The food was not prepared as ordered, but we were not really surprised. The customer service was terrible at best. We have lived in the Mill Run area for years, and this will be the LAST visit to this Chipotle. There is another family owned business (Habaneros) behind them in the strip mall. The owner or manager is friendly and makes sure the customer feels appreciated. Tonight I have buyer’s remorse that I didn’t go to the other establishment. Sadly, I didn’t look into the reviews until I prepared to write this, and sadly the low standards are a common theme. As others have said, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! We will be going to Habaneros from now on!!

The multiple Chipotle locations I have been to, they are all consistent. The food stays the same and the staff is almost always helpful. They get loads of different requests and they never back down. This is a go to when in a time crunch or wanting something familiar. Prices are fair and the food quantity is no let down. Definitely try Chipotle if you haven’t.

Everytime I go to this location there’s stuff messed with the establishment. They never have anything ready, they’re missing items like chips, broken ice machine, only taking online orders etc. My faith in this location is dwindling.

I walked in today order my chicken fajita bowl to go. They did not have any veggies ready on both lines nor was any being prepared. I choose to wait. After a 10 minute wait, I was able to get my food made. Upon checkout I was informed the whole meal was going to be comped for the wait. Totally unnecessary but very much appreciated. Great customer service!!!

I ordered a STEAK burrito for pickup. I got home and was very disappointed, there was no steak in my burrito and probably the smallest burrito I’ve ever received from chipotle, the Guac was sour and not fresh and the chips were extra oily. I ordered a grapefruit izze but got blackberry. Maybe an off day, but how do you miss the main protein?!
