This Chiptole is always fast and accurate! Employees have been friendly when I am there. I always ask for extra sour cream and they always give a satisfying amount The drink station is a little dirty at times but I understand they get busy.

I would rate 0 if I could. We ordered online pick up was 6:00 our order wasn’t ready till 6:30. I get home and it’s all wrong. I got no sour cream on my order and there is sour cream on everything.

Had such a terrible time at Chipotle tonight and I can’t even begin to express my frustration. The employee serving me, who happened to be Caucasian while I’m Asian American, clearly had some racial bias going on as she messed up my bowl deliberately and refused to fix it when asked nicely. This kind of behavior is incredibly disrespectful and should not be tolerated in any establishment. Avoid this place unless you want your evening ruined by unprofessional and intolerant staff members. I guess im drinking coco but water tonight!

I always hope this location will get better but my most recent experience made it clear it won’t if they keep the same staff. Never before have I seen staff so clearly hate each other and the customers. The people working the line would ignore their coworkers requests and make rude remarks.

Lol what a joke. I ordered a quesadilla with cheese veggies and chicken. I got the smallest scope of chicken plus some taken off, no veggies and a sprinkle of cheese. All tortilla. I wasn’t going to complain about not getting veggies but dang I’m paying 12$ for a little chicken and cheese?! There is no leadership, some woman was constantly yelling at the other employees to stop their current orders to do online orders and to take food off. Now I remember why I haven’t been to chipotle in 3 years, food quality had decreased with increased prices and much less food, employees are all over the place. I should have just made a quesadilla at home since I had to add add my own chicken and cheese anyways. And since when do they ball it up in the center of the tortilla instead of laying it flat?

When me and my girlfriend went to try a new item on the menu a month or two ago the servings and the quality of the food was not anything like the Chipotle on Broad Street because they’re not stingy! The meat had bones and fat all through it, not to mention there wasn’t much of it at all for the price that we paid it was ridiculous, and I will not go back there! I will continue to go to the one on Broad Street if I want to eat at Chipotle!!

Food was great as always, presentation was rough. The $2 bag of chips which is always 1/4 filled was upside down in our to-go bag, so naturally it got everywhere when we took it out. The $10 bowls that they love to present as full or overflowing weren’t even up to the fill line; within one bite I could see the bottom of my bowl. Thanks for the food though, please do better.

Ordered delivery through their website and it was terrible. I spent $45 for myself and husband only to be extremely disappointed. My order was wrong, my husbands order was wrong, and our large order of chips was almost completely empty. ETA was 8:52, received it at 9:17. It was extremely cold, I’m guessing because it took so long to get here. They outsourced the delivery to DoorDash so that part could be their fault, but you are responsible for who you outsource to as much as you would be a delivery driver you employ in house. For $45 we could have had a much better experience almost anywhere else. We love Chipotle but will not be ordering from this location again.
