Decent food and service but wow… the dining area was a mess! Not one table was clean! Liter all over the floor. Many customers while I was there noticed it and either had to sit outside or just take their meal home.

There’s a lot of chipotles in Columbus that have dipped in standards…. Like a lot. This chipotle was a really pleasant surprise. The staff was fun and kind and helpful. The to-go team was incredible. The food was delicious and great portions. Delightful people and a redeeming experience for chipotles across Columbus.

Went on a Thursday night. Ordered a big order online and then drive to pick up… They were slammed but all the employees were very helpful and in a good kid. Waited about 5 minutes past my pickup time which is totally understandable since it was large and they were busy… Everyone was there and tasted great… Highly recommended

Vast difference from the Chipotles on Front and on High St. downtown. Very small meat portions in comparison. I asked for more chicken, expecting to get extra (and charged if appropriate) and she just threw two morsels of chicken on it. I didn’t feel like asking again. And the worst part, the whole reason I went there, NO AL PASTOR CHICKEN. It’s the best on their menu and clearly a hit. But to be honest, this whole area (intersection of Maxtown/Polaris and RT3) has bad fast/casual food service and experiences. This is par for this area.

Stopped here after practice with two kids and line out the door. EVERY staff member was pleasant and went out of their way to help customers. From ordering two kids meals with weird requests to checking out with rewards points and gift cards. One member was on her way to get a drink and stopped what she was doing to help me find a specific hot sauce. This has been one of the best experiences with chipotle I think I have ever had.

Got a burrito with double everything except the meat and it was tiny. There were literally 5 pieces of steak in the entire burrito. And the only reason I didn’t get double steak was because i didn’t want to pay $15 for a burrito to still not have any steak in it. And the steak they skimp out on has no flavor anymore. I remember when the burritos were like $7 and we’re enough to actually feed a normal sized adult. This burrito was over $10 and was not much bigger than a baseball. Shame on you chipotle. Thought i would give you another chance after not having it for almost a year because of the same BS, but you’ve only gotten worse.

I love Chipotle and have been to many. So far this one is probably the worst. This Chipotle is right down the street from the house…I continue to give them a chance, however, they have never gotten any of my mobile order correct. Not one. The Automated Customer Service Bot Pepper, is super accommodating and helps to smooth over many their screw ups. That’s probably the only reason roll the dice here.

Ordered a bowl for lunch through door dash. When delivered I opened up to find old guacamole on my food. Sour cream was added to my order (I do not like sour cream) tried to send message. Was told cannot help and it disconnected. Called store cannot talk to a live person. Horrible service. Paid for food I cannot eat!

ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING. I have never seen any other Chipotle with signage saying they’re out of food items or closed due to staffing shortages as much as the Maxtown location.
