This location has gone down hill very fast. Management must be under some strict portion control because they are always running out of chips, ingredients and service. As busy as this location always is you’d think management would request to have enough on hand to get through the day. Now the app experience is also garbage and that’s the fault of corporate. We spent 30 minutes waiting for pick up yesterday. If the delivery and pick up orders are overwhelming the staff, turn the apps off. At least the customer can make the decision to ho somewhere else or to go inside

Didn’t have items in stock. The young man asked me what I ordered when I went to checkout and then walked away and didn’t come back. I had a pickup order as well but had to get in the drive through line to get it cause no one was helping me after I had already been in the store. None of the drinks at the fountain were in stock except for the soda. This location is down the street from us, but I’ll go out of my way to go to the one further down. Service was sub par.

The staff was horrible, the service was bad, and the atmosphere was not it. When I was ordering the lady had an attitude, was aggressively throwing my food, and adding stuff I didn’t ask for. They were running low on everything and was horrible overall. I don’t know how this location is open and running with the horrible service. I would recommend no one to show up to this location, save your time, money and gas.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I couldn’t believe my eyes at the tremendous treatment I received today. Don’t even get me started on the terrible atmosphere that was freezing cold. The restaurant had no white rice, no fajitas, no queso etc. The restaurant was overfilled with staff that should’ve just stayed home at this rate because they were just taking up space and doing nothing. the worker was throwing around my bowl like we were at the chocolate factory. She gave me so little food that it looked like my bowl was on a diet. I recommend going to the chipotle at Canal Winchester. They were fully stocked on everything and werent stingy at all. very amazing atmosphere and food. Costumer service was 10/10. this chipotle could NEVER.

The workers are always acting like they were called in on their off day with their bad attitudes. I almost thought that the cost of my rice was coming out of their paycheques by how stingy they were acting towards my bowl. Chipotle needs to invest in a whole new set of workers because the ones I’ve come in contact with recently are not it. They are lowering the chances of customers coming back and very much so ruining chipotles name and values. The worker helping me said there’s no more rice when I asked but, when another customer asked she ran and got more from the back. I felt like she was judging me for my weight which I’m very insecure about. When I asked for extra corn I heard her whisper “are you sure?” This is the last time I will be coming to this chipotle. All times that I have gone I have been treated with no respect.
