Despite rude customers that come in from time to time to bother them, this location has some of the friendliest and hardest working staff. There is a man who worked today 6/14/23 at 12 pm when I went, who works the line and greets you when you first walk in. He is often here and is always uber friendly, overtly kind and attentive. He does a thorough job and is always exceedingly positive. There is also a girl with red hair who does to go orders/ pickup line a lot behind the register and she is nice as well. Thanks to this location for always being worth the visit!

The order portion did not match the public photo. The guacamole was fresh. This is my first time ordering the Salad bowl with fajitas, carnitas, and mild tomato. I notice the bottom of the bowl had a noticeable amount of liquid. Not the most attractive. The meat was salty and the chips were very stale and had an “old” taste. They were minus the taste of lemon lime and salt. The presentation of the chips were normal. Place in the notes to fill the bowl to the photo’s presentation.

Sadly had 2 poor experiences in a row ordering through the Chipotle app. And it’s really unfortunate because this is one of the most convenient and affordable things I can order as a vegan. The last time, they didn’t include one of my chips. No big deal, I speak to the Chipotle AI and they send me a coupon for next time. This time, again, my 2nd bag of chips was missing, the tomato salsa was spilled all in the bag, one of my bowls was missing ingredients, and the guacamole needed salt. Then chipotle AI customer service wants to send me another coupon. Respectfully I will not be ordering here for delivery again, I got $6 of the $40 back. Apparently they need to be supervised to make the order correctly.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I came here for a quesadilla and they told me they’re for online only?? As if they don’t have the ingredients right there to make it? I tried to place an order online instead and it said it was closed for orders. I was planning to ask this location to cater an event with us but absolutely not now. Also, I ordered a large chips n queso and it was much smaller than usual. They need to figure out what they’re doing. Either the owner is a cheapskate, doesn’t care or doesn’t know what’s going on here.

Honestly I’ve never had a chipotle tell me that I can’t have a quesadilla unless I order it online, but this one did. Including the rude manager that said they’re “online only” not for sure what kind of business you are running here but denying a customer something that’s on your menu for kids that I’ve never had an issue with before is not okay

Horrible experience here tonight, the staff had such an attitude and I paid for guacamole and never got it. Like I’m sorry you hate what you do for a living but don’t take it out on the customers. I’m just trying to buy food here. And they wouldn’t even let me buy my whole order because certain items are online only??

African Americans workers refused to service us after serving black customers ahead of us. We’ve delivered their door dash order before. After being ignored, facing eye rolls and waiting 10 minutes at the counter while employees did other jobs, we left and not even manager acknowledged us. This is discriminatory to say the least. We had a right to eat. We definitely won’t be delivering for this location any longer. It would be easy to just blame the manager but he was busy in the back. It was the black employees out front who rolled their eyes at the idea of doing their jobs for anyone but their friends late in the shift. Additionally all the food was sloshed together in the treys, there was food on the floor everywhere and the place looked and smelled like a wreck. Every single worker in that store should be fired, management included.
