This is one NASTY hole, it’s filthy….even though it was obvious they kept the serving table a mess, they were empty of certain selections (like pepper and onions) when asked about it, they made NO attempt to refill item. The staff made the appearance of being totally lazy….This place has really gone down hill…will never order or dine there again.

Nothing to complain about when it comes to the food, the food is always delicious. The issue is who I can only assume is the manager at night. Every time I have visited this location (maybe 3-5 times) she has always seemed to be so rude and disrespectful towards customers and even her own staff, she exudes negative energy and it creates such a tense work atmosphere from what I can see and hear. Today when I visited she spoke very rudely towards a few of her staff members and continuously huffed and sighed as she was helping me. Then I seen a she sent a worker outside to take umbrellas down by himself in the POURING rain. As he was taking them down she kept bickering and complaining about how he was doing it and almost degrading him whilst he was taking them down. It seemed as he may have been new, but even while he was drenched in water (which if she had made him wait 5 minutes until it cleared up right after) he was so respectful and sweet towards customers. I honestly applaud all workers there who have to put up with this managers behavior. The blunt disrespect towards customers and coworkers is truly disgusting.

This used to be my favorite spot/location to order lunch from at work but it has gone seriously down hill. Me and my coworkers used to order at least twice a week but today will be our last time because once again our order was messed up and were just tired of it. There is literally an issue with our order every single time, there is 0 consistency whether they forget our sides, fill the bowls up not even halfway, sometimes the food is so bland, or they completely screw up the bowls altogether. I wish you could choose what location you want your food delivered from.. one time they literally gave me a bowl with just rice and beans. They lost 4 loyal customers.

Went to this restaurant about a week ago for myself and my family. Spent about $30 and walked out with barely anything because the restaurant said the shift before them “didn’t prep” and they were either out or running very low on everything. Mind you this was at about 8p and the restaurant wasn’t closing until 10p, and the staff wasn’t making any more. No chips, no fajitas, barely any of the meats, and don’t even ask for cheese because they were giving the equivalent of about a 1/2 teaspoon of that. Then if that wasn’t bad enough, I told them I would just go to the next closest chipotle to get chips and the toppings they didn’t have, and their own employee said “that one is worse”. I do not recommend this restaurant at all!

I ordered online a steak burrito with everything on it except the corn. When I receive the bag I notice it was light. When I opened that sorry excuse for a burrito. It had three pieces of steak filled with fajitas, rice, beans no cheese or sour cream. This place needs to get it together or fire all those incompetent workers. Don’t order online!!!

Ordered online and got a steak and chicken bowl. All I got was a side cup of steak. When I said something was wrong I was told get a refund online or pay for another bowl. The treatment that I received from this location was uncalled for and just hateful. I will never return to this location and the manager here really needs to learn what it means to just simply take care of the customer. The only thing I asked for was the food I paid for or a refund and it took me searching online for the 1-800 number to be treated like a paying customer. So thank you Rosa from corporate for my refund for food I didn’t get and treating me decently.

It’s pretty obvious why most of the recent reviews about this location are pretty low. I’ve eaten here twice in the last month or so and both times the white rice is undercooked and crunchy, the chicken has lots of super charred inedible pieces and the steak is tougher than shoe leather. Forget getting an actual burrito because it seems no one here has been shown how to properly roll one. It’s like they just drop everything on a tortilla and then just smash the foil closed. It literally just falls completely apart.

I came in there Friday 4/21 The 2nd shift workers were very rude!!! No customer services skills at allll. I came in at 8:30 they was already shutting down, as soon as I walked in they was irritated. If the new closing time is 9 , there needs to be a sign. & when I did get my food , taste burnt , dry and flavorless.

Only order your food in person! They will always mess online orders up and they skimp on everything so bad I could have gotten a bigger burrito from taco bell. This does not happen when you go in person to order.
